About this cottage rental
Cottage is located on Ocean St. in Ogunquit, just a few cottages up from the the popular Footbridge Beach. The surrounding area is residential, perfect for walking and great for kids. Located steps away from a trolley stop that will take you through the surrounding area and Perkins Cove. Beach has restrooms. Cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathroom and a small screened in porch, perfect for your morning beverage or reading a book. For those cool spring and fall nights, sit by the gas fireplace place and create great family memories. There is a cottage behind this separated by a passage way. Cottages do not share any walls. There is no interior access from one cottage to the other. Rent them both with family or friends, combined they sleep 9. (Back Cottage Property #186852)

We visit Ogunquit every summer, and are so happy to have found this gem of a cottage! Perfect size for our family of three (although would easily be comfortable for a family of 5!), and an amazing location. The house is immaculately clean, and perfect for our long weekend visit. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Our second time staying at 87 Ocean St. was even better than the first. The cottage is very comfortable, the gas fireplace made it even more so on cool evenings. The screened porch is a plus. The location is great, just a short stroll to Footbridge beach and another 20 minutes or so to the village. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful cottage that was immaculate and two minutes walking distance to gorgeous Footbridge beach. Stayed with friends for three nights and enjoyed the area exploring all the cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time renting this property. You cannot beat the location in terms of easy beach access and the house has a nice front porch to enjoy after a busy day at the beach. The house is comfortable and clean and is within walking distance to many good restaurants.

Loved having all the space, inside and out, that this property offers. We sat on the front porch, walked 5 minutes to Footbridge beach and it was an easy mile or so drive into town. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Property was clean, convenient to the beach and a nice layout. Only minor complaint is front bedroom got very hot during the heat wave we had during the stay. There were window AC units in the other rooms and those areas stayed cool. I would still highly recommend the cottage, we had a blast.

The house is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The screened-in front porch is a big plus. We ate most of our meals there, and morning coffee on the porch was most enjoyable. The mattress seemed new and were very comfortable. The short walk to the beach is the best!

A great getaway
We have vacationed on Ocean Street begore, but this location was new to us. It was so easy to make arrangements, so clean and convenient to the beach and so many great restaurants.

Very nice cottage in a perfect, quiet location! The cottage was actually bigger than we expected. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in working order. Walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach and a few restaurants just up the street.

Great cottage
I love this cottage. It has great atmosphere. It's warm and cozy even in October. There is a lovely porch that catches the afternoon sun. Footbridge Beach is 2 minutes away. You can walk to downtown Ogunquit, or stop at one the 4 restaurants right at the end of the road.

Nice cottage close to beach
My husband and I enjoyed staying in the Footbridge area. It’s very convenient. We were very close to the beach, able to easily walk to Ogunquit, and able to go out to dinner by walking to the end of the road.
The cottage is small, but was fine for the two of us. We loved the screen porch, and since the weather was a bit cool, the gas fireplace was wonderful.
We wished that beach chairs and an umbrella had been provided since we flew in from the Midwest and were not able to bring our own.

Awesome Cottage
We have stayed at Ken & Laura's cottage multiple times (front & back cottage). It's just a great cottage with an even greater location less than a 2 minute walk to the great Footbridge Beach. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with a great screened-in front porch. We highly recommend this cottage and we certainly will return next summer!

Excellent cottage!
This is a great little cottage literally a few hundreds yards from Footbridge Beach. We had stayed at the rear cottage before which was nice but we much preferred the front cottage. It's all on one floor, super clean with great comfortable beds (3 twin & 1 queen) in the two bedrooms. The screened-in front porch is awesome with cool breezes guaranteed. We loved our stay here!

Perfect place for a family!
The location is perfect, at walking distance from the beach. The outside shower is very useful to clean the sand when coming back from the beach. And the screen porch was very nice to just relax and to eat breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed taking the trolley to visit Ogunquit.

Perfect for a family with 3 kids!
This is a very charming and clean cottage, nicely updated, at the perfect location. It is just 2-3 minutes from the beach, very quiet at night, you can hear the ocean! We stayed there over the Memorial day weekend and had great time with our 3 kids. They enjoyed having their own "kids" bedroom and taking warm showers outside. We liked that too because there was very little sand in the house to clean. The screened porch was wonderful for breakfasts and afternoon breaks. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Experience!
My family and I stayed at this cottage for the first time this year. It was our first time in Ogunquit and if you haven't been there it is a great place to vacation in. It was in a perfect location, as it was walking distance to footbridge beach and close to all different parts of Ogunquit. It was very relaxing and all of us enjoyed our time. My favorite part was waking up and having my breakfast on the screened in porch. Another great part is that the cottage is fully furnished including a tv/vcr/dvd player in the living room and any pot, pan, or dish you would need if you choose to eat in. I would definately recommend this cottage to anyone and we have already booked our week for next year!!

beach, very convenient. Park your car and leave it. Everything is within walking distance or Trolley stop. We had beautiful weather, it was a great weekend. Our family plans on returning next Memorial Weekend- if available.

We loved this cottage
Yes, this is just what we were looking for...close to the beach and quiet.
We had our coffee on the screened porch in the morning and our wine in the evening. The renovated kitchen and bath were fully modernized and yet the flavor of the rest of the cottage retained that old-time Maine cottage feel. Ken and Laura had a great selection of CDs that entertained us the day it rained. We walked the beach into Ogunquit for lunch and had lobster in Wells. We plan to come back soon.
