Our family celebrated ‘Thanks-Christmas’ here. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us young adults to not-so-young, and our pup! The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook our Thanksgiving feast in. The knives need sharpening (we found the sharpener on the last day) but all other supplies we needed were there. We definitely enjoyed our time together.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for all. Beautiful setting with full lake view and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We had room for games, the kids made gingerbread houses on the large table out on the deck. Great TV reception for watching football on multiple TVs. All that and still had private nooks and lovely back porch for quiet time with a book and cup of tea.

This was our 4th year at the house. 12 men on a golf trip. House is big, clean, well-stocked and a great view of the lake. Barbara is great. Highly recommend this place!

This house is perfect for our annual mom/sons lake trip. We love that there’s two levels . Boys enjoy all the amenities including games and being on the lake. Moms enjoy their space with a spectacular view and very spacious.

Great Summer Getaway

We had a fabulous time. The house was set up great for watching the NHL and NBA playoffs. watching movies, and making dinner. This spot on Tim's Ford Lake works really well for boating and skiing. Our family loves to play hard on the water, and this was the perfect set up. There are also some great places to walk and run with little traffic. Staying here may become a family tradition.

This house was perfect for an extended weekend for our family group. We enjoyed how calm and beautiful the lake was and the great dock. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed and the bedrooms were just right for our family. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners to have a pack n play and a high chair available. The home owners were quick to respond to our questions before our trip and we did not experience any problems during our stay.

The best thing I can say about this property is the feeling you get when you're there! It's so comfortable, easy walk to the dock & space for EVERYONE! Great primary bedroom with private bath and huge shower! Well equipped kitchen was appreciated because we did a lot of cooking. Thanks Barb and Rob for letting us stay in your home. Wonderful place, peaceful at lakeside. Our family gathered from 4 states for our mother’s passing, and we were able to have our own space as well as a common kitchen/living area to spread out for meals and visits. The kids loved the lower level arcade and TV den. The porch and deck were both magical. Fire pit awesome on cool fall night. Sunrise beautiful. Loved this place.

This home is larger than the pictures convey. Our group of twelve had plenty of room to spread out. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake are beautiful. We rented a boat from a nearby marina for the weekend and loved having a convenient place to dock it. Thank you to our hosts for easy communication and for providing all the information we would need to enjoy our stay.

The pictures represent the house exactly, even though they are from 2016. The house was perfect for our multi-family stay. Plenty of rooms for the adults and the teens to gather and/or have our space. Lots of games and the foosball and poker table were a big hit. There was plenty of paper and kitchen products for our use. Not sure if its provided or if renters keep leaving their extra products, like we did. Both bath and beach towels were available. The lake location is perfect, on the main lake and a lovely dock with a swing and seating to watch the sunrise and sunset. The owner allowed us to keep our rented pontoon tied overnight, which was perfect. The host was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice location, easy to find. Being there in winter probably a lot quieter than the summer months, but for us very quiet was good. An active lake would provide more things to do but even this time of year there's some nice simple walks in Tims Ford park close by. Inside the house was clean and well set up for groups of varying sizes and ages. Good amount of extra toys/amusements, which was useful since we had no internet/tv for the first day and a half due to the Nashville bombing. Once AT&T was back up, that was all fine too. Owners were as responsive as they could be under those circumstances and answered all questions before and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again, will keep this property in mind for other occasions.

We had 10 adults stay there for a week. House was big enough for us plenty of beds and space for everyone to lounge around. Plenty of things to do we went to Nashville, Chattanooga, Jack Daniels distillery, and rented a pontoon boat from Holiday landing marina and also went golfing a couple of days at Bear Trace. House was super clean and nice. Barb was an excellent owner. She supplied everything we needed. One thing I would recommend would be to put a full size refrigerator downstairs so you would have more storage for the week. With 10 adults that refrigerator was jammed. Thanks again Barb you and your husband were great hosts. Our family will have great memories of that vacation and it would not have been possible without you.
