This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 13 and boasts a wonderful back yard that steps right to the water. Enjoy the water views from the spacious back yard, perfect for outdoor games and sports. Relax and enjoy a meal on the deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill. This property has plenty of living space for a large group of friends or family. The kitchen was recently remodeled with higher end appliances, it also has a nice breakfast bar and great cooking area. The large living room is filled with comfortable furniture and the dining area faces the water and a flat screen television. This immaculate home offers a master bedroom with private bath, 4 additional bedrooms (all sunny and bright), wireless internet, an enclosed outdoor shower and a floating dock for mooring a small boat. Truly a great house to share the Summer together!
