EASTON'S POINT: Bright, sunny, newly renovated 4 bedroom beach house, short walking distance to First Beach in Newport. Has all modern amenities: CENTRAL AIR, 2 Smart TV'S (55 inch LED flat screens), wireless internet/ cable TV/phone. Open floor plan. Living room with cathedral ceiling opens to recently built deck overlooking the ocean. Gas BBQ grill, granite countertops/bar with all new stainless appliances. Off street parking for 4 cars.

Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach and restaurants. Large yard, deck overlooking ocean, and 2 picnic tables. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, good for children. Dogs OK with written landlord pre-approval.

This 2-level home is ideal for 1 medium to large family or 2 small families. Upstairs features fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full bathroom with shower/ tub and 3 bedrooms (one with direct access to deck). Walk-out finished lower level features open floor plan with a living room with full and twin size futons, large bedroom with queen bed and large window overlooking the backyard, full bathroom and laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer and utility sink.

The house is suitable for up to 9 guests including children, or 8 adults.

4 Queen beds (2 Tempurpedic and 2 Beautyrest Black) as well as 1 full-size futon and 1 twin futon. Fresh linens and beach towels provided.

This place was excellent! We and our friends and children loved the property; it was clean, has a great yard, and is in close proximity both to numerous beaches and to Newport. Middletown itself was a cozy community that we loved, and Newport was an excellent place to visit. Everything about this stay was top-notch!

Owner very responsive - house very comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood. Walkable to both First and Second Beach. 3 bedrooms upstairs +1 bath. 4th bedroom and second bath in the finished basement/downstairs. Nice set up for a family!

I would actually give this place 4.5 out of 5. The location is great - close to Newport and downtown Middletown. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and they even added a few holiday decorations, which I appreciated. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. Moe loved the backyard area - it's not completely fenced in but gave him enough room to run around. I'm not sure if the basement is on a different heating system, but it was really cold. I didn't reach out to the homeowner to inquire about it because we didn't hang out down there much but you could definitely feel the temperature difference. I will say having the extra bathroom and extra bedroom downstairs was perfect. The last comment is the kitchen. The kitchen is decently stocked but was missing a few key items if you plan on cooking a lot (which we did). If you don't cook much in the house then I think you'll have what you need. Overall, I thought the house was very nice and I would stay here again.

We had never been to Newport in the winter and this was a first for NYE to be away. We had a great time going to the shops and restaurants, visiting friends that were nearby and just relaxing at the house. We also walked the Cliff Walk and drove around the mansions. This house was close to all. Great time we all Loved It!

Awesome property. Close to everything but away from the touristy crowds. Easy access to beach and cliff walk. Plenty of room. Our October family getaway was perfect. Would love to come back in warmer weather

My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) stayed in this property while visiting our daughter. The house was perfectly located in regards to excellent restaurants and shopping. The house is well appointed and was a cozy place to rest after a busy day!

This house was perfect for a family or a group of friends! We brought our dog with us who loved going on neighborhood walks! The beach is only a few minutes walk from the house, the cliff walk is just a few minutes away, and downtown Newport is so close. We will definitely be staying here again!

Home was located in a convenient and central location to what we wanted to do. There even was a 5K race we participated in that ran around the neighborhood on Thanksgiving. It was clean, contained everything we needed and comfortable for the 5 of us. Would defintely stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights Oct 2022 to celebrate a big birthday. I thought we might be cramped with 8 adults but the house has an open living room/ kitchen with a vaulted ceiling in the living room which opens up the space visually. Bedrooms were very comfy and lacked nothing. Small futon and smaller bed in lower level were perfect for 20-22 yo grandkids. Deck was great for the few hours we had to chill in the evenings. Great location-short walk to the beach and bit farther to cliff walk. Laura was the perfect hostess and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location! Just a 1/2 mile from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided along with a wagon. Also walkable to restaurants. The kitchen could use a refresh on frying pans and the electric kettle but otherwise it was very enjoyable! We’ll be back!

House is amazingly situated in a great neighborhood with easy access to the beaches and downtown. The house was clean and very comfortable with a fantastic deck. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. Laura the host was very responsive.

I'll start with the good...The location is great!! Lots of room to sleep a large group, the kitchen has the basics. Now the bad.. we were awaken by what sounded like a fire alarm at 5:30 am. We communicated with the owner the next morning but she didn't know what it was. Cable did work for 4 days. Host tried to send signals to fix and even asked me to call the cable company on the 4th of July. (During our vacation) We are a high risk family and didn't want anyone in the house, but ended up having to have the handyman bring new cable boxes on day 4 because my 5 year old daughter wanted to see tv. The crazy alarm went off another 2 times during our stay near beadtime we think it was a dehumidifier that was installed improperly... i have over 30 text messages with the host over issues... needless to say not how we wanted to spend our vacation.. the host gave us a small credit only after i asked but it didnt even cover 1 night of our stay...

We loved the home! Amazing location in between First and Second Beach. A great first floor layout and open feel with a finished walk out basement bedroom and bathroom. Nice quiet street and 2 outdoor spaces with a deck and a covered patio. Definitely recommend!

Property was clean, spacious, and well equipped. You will need a car, but there is ample parking and everything is within easy driving distance. We especially loved a visit to the Sachuest Nature Preserve and Blithewold Gardens and Mansion. Newport people were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Restaurants are amazing and our stay was a delight in every way.
