Great apartment, very well located with trains metro and ubers and a shopping centre 5 minute walk. Defenatly recomend staying here

Only thing was the shower very hard to get the temperature right

I feel compelled to share my utterly disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment rental. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had. Firstly, I discovered that the balcony door was not functioning properly, which resulted in some of my belongings being stolen. Despite providing the host with clear video evidence of the broken door, they chose to completely ignore the issue and failed to take any responsibility for it. To make matters worse, they did not even bother to visit the property and assist me during this distressing incident. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I promptly reported the incident to the police and shared the police report with the host. However, they continued to disregard my concerns and showed no willingness to address the matter seriously. Subsequently, I reached out to customer service requesting compensation for the damages I incurred. Shockingly, the host adamantly refused to accept any responsibility, claiming that the door was in perfect working condition. It is important to note that the host never even bothered to inspect the door despite my repeated attempts to bring attention to the issue. I want to warn other travelers about the host's irresponsible behavior and lack of concern for their guests' well-being. It is deeply disappointing to encounter a negligent individual who not only ignored my pleas for assistance but also attempted to deceive booking.com by claiming the door was functioning properly after I had left the property. In conclusion, I caution anyone considering renting this apartment. Stay away from this host who disregards guests' safety and fails to uphold their responsibilities. The bed was not up to standard, oven and fridge was dirty, Pots were dirty. could not cook in them

Nice and spacious apartment very comfortable bed and suites :::nice and clean and just next to the metro which was handy to get to lots of places in porto.

No instructions to work the gas appliances.Spent money on food which i couldn't cook, struggled to open shutters to the outside veranda. I had a few contact numbers which I tried to phone and I couldn't get through to any of them. #
