Nice place, near to seafront.

Friendly, helpful staff, good, quiet location. Breakfast was good for our needs.

Room would have been better without the large Sofa Chair. Bathroom was a bit tight, especially for 2 pax.

Very up market. Lovely room. I was told my room was classified "tiny" but it was absolutely fine. Plenty big enough. If anything the bathroom was slightly small. Comfy bed and warm furnishings. Lovely staff on check in and check out. Nice breakfast - excellent scrambled eggs!!! I really appreciated the hotel contacting me a couple of days prior to my visit to just check if I needed any help with anything or was I celebrating anything special. Lovely touch.

I booked this hotel following a wedding in the north of the island. I had hoped to recover and relax by the pool all day but sadly there was a major thunderstorm ALL day! So the sky bar upstairs was closed and the pool area which is what I paid for and which I chose this hotel for was not available. Not the hotel's fault but it would have been nice. Warning: everything is extra even the mayonnaise!

Cute but was expecting a little more

Staff was very polite, the terrace is beautiful and amazing massage. Nice, fresh breakfast

Really hard to find parking around, if you rent a car for these days it s not really convenient. At first we got a room without window, they were nice and after changed my room but then forgot to clean it for 2 days. The staff is really helpful and polite though, so they will be happy to help you, regardless the situation.

Excellent hotel for a great stay in Ibiza

The hotel is very well located close to the beach and good restaurants. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and the day beds at the pool is a luxury to lie on during the day

There was no kettle in the room but the hotel gave us one on request

Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore Ibiza town

Modern, comfortable, pleasant pool and excellent breakfast.

Room was very small (manageable but small), and they played music very loud and late which was unpleasant and easy to prevent.

Chill place, nothing fancy but enjoyed my stay.

The night staff security member. We had to get up each morning at 6am for work meetings and although the restaurant was still closed he went above and beyond and made us a coffee to start de day.

No coffee facilities in the room.

Tiny room. Otherwise OK.

Breakfast buffet was nice. Hotel was quiet at night, in contrast with the afternoon. I appreciated it that they allow you to stay by the pool and use a bathroom with shower after you check out from your room. The hotel is very close to the beach which is quite nice. I also liked it that the soap, conditioner and body cream were dispensed in big bottles (not those tiny disposable ones) and were of good quality.

Our "small room" was tiny. There was no room to leave the luggage. It should be reserved for single people or sold at a discount. What I found truly terrible was the plastic mattress cover. It is the kind used to prevent "accidents" and it feels really unpleasant. Also, for that price (200 EUR a night) some free water should be provided.
