Great location but be prepared to bring everything with you

The location was great for the beach and dinner options.

Didn’t have any basic necessities. No bin liners, no hand soap, no dish washing liquid or sponges, no tea towels. We called and was told that the cleaners must never have dropped or the “starter kit” makes you think if the cleaners did a good enough job cleaning! We found hair in the bathroom drawers, dishes and cutlery didn’t look very clean, lots of pillows didn’t even have pillowcases on them and bbq was so dirty but didn’t have anything to clean it with.

The apt was nice and roomy, specially for a family.

The apt needed some maintenance, there is no hair dryer which was a nuisance , making up bed when you arrive.

the location and outdoor dining

the bedsheets were dirty, couldn’t sleep with the quilt as it had other peoples hair on it and the carpet was also not cleaned properly. there wasn’t any necessities like hand soap, washing detergent, sponges and had to go shopping on our holiday.

Nelson Bay Getaway

Size of the place was very comfortable, with 3 double bedrooms, I would stay there again.

They'd obviously had water damage & mould, but with the wet weather everyone did. Wasn't a hair dryer in the bathroom. Bit confused with security & the fob for the lifts, but worked it out eventually.

It wasn’t as we expected, however the apartment was a good size.

It was a lovely apartment, with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms

It was very dusty, the floors were not freshly mopped or cleaned, there was no linen or towels when we arrived and beds were not made. The supplied linen pack was short of a pillowcase. We all had hay fever and sniffles from the dust and aircon unit was blowing out silt. The outdoor furniture was all in the lounge room (including the bbq and large outdoor table) so we had to move it out of the lounge. The apartment appeared to have been not freshly cleaned.

Ants in the kitchen .. not sure if windows were tinted from outside in bathrooms .felt not private In both bathrooms .
