Everything, facilities, beautiful rooms, breathtaking views from every room. Beach equipment free and available to all guests: kayaks, sap boards, water shoes, snorkling gear, and life jackets, flippers and more. Great pool adjacent to the sea, grassy area for lounging or playing and wooded surroundings. Amazingly pleasant, helpful and thoughtful staff and very laid back atmosphere. We did not want to go home.
nothing really

When they say boutique hotel, they mean Dardiza! A small hotel that is simply a family. Taking care of everything, thought of all the little details to make our stay pleasant and pampering. A real vacation and rest. Greek breakfast, homemade that you feel is made with love (not for kosher keepers), lunchtime treat, kayaks and marine equipment for snorkeling on the nearby turtle island. nice view. Our second time and hopefully we will be able to come back again ❤️
We liked everything, but it is important to say that you must have a car to travel in the evenings to eat dinner in the nearby villages

The hotel's beachfront location offers stunning sea views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful hotel for relaxing by the pool, as well as exploring the surrounding area. Napflio, Epidavros, Hydra, and Spetses were some of the places I visited during my weeklong stay. It was a wonderful vacation and I would recommend staying here

This is a very lovely place, great for the sea, pool and comfort. The room had everything anyone needed,
Without providing a negative here, it would have been nice to have been able to purchase a beer or wine whilst sunning around the pool or balcony but we were very well looked after with water.

We had a fantastic stay.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.
The hotel is gorgeous, really well maintained and the view is just a whole amazing experience.
We were absolutely spoiled at breakfast with freshly made salad, omelette, waffles and fruits.
We booked the hotel for our 11th anniversary and had the surprise to find flowers, wine and treats in our room on arrival.
We want to say a big thank you for making our celebration so special!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly- they make extra effort to make everyone feel comfortable and to suggest trips , and bring complementary snacks and fruit to the poolside. The pool is excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea and Hydra in the distance, and the sun beds are very comfortable . Breakfast has lots of freshly cooked options and the staff make everyone feel at home. Good base for day trips to Hydra and Epidaurus if you have a car. Clean and modern. Very good value for money at this hotel.
This hotel is such good value for money that it seems unfair to say anything here, but we did find there were several electronic appliances in the room giving off lots of light at night and morning light coming through the bathroom window - we solved this by hanging towels over the LED displays and stuffing the space between the window and mosquito screen with clothes! The road was a bit noisy but the white noise of the air con helped with that so it wasn’t a big issue. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from Ermioni along a fast, unlit road and there aren’t any walkable restaurant options so you will need a car.

Wow! A perfect place to quietly spend your vacation, relax and enjoy great facilities and a very nice breakfast. The pool is great and you can take a kayak or SUP for free, or enjoy the nearby beach. And most importantly, the staff (Fortini, Anastasia and the cooks/cleaners) were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful boutique hotel, small and with a feeling of home. The staff are just wonderful and amazing, with a desire to help every second and answer any question or need. FATINI and ANASTASIA at the front desk are just amazing, and the breakfast is just wonderful with great innovations every morning and morning, all made daily by AMARDA and YIOTA. Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay, we will be back soon!
The bathroom is a bit small

This is, by far, the best, cleanest, well located, amazing, awesome, location we have ever been to. Coming from Intercontinental hotel in Athens, how could this be better? It was, not only better but by far exceeded our expectations in every way. Great breakfast with a personal touch (and chocolate :-)), very clean (looks like it was build yesterday). Thanks for my daily ice coffee, the best! Staff looks at your every need, always there but never in an imposing way. Property is well secured, safe, plenty of parking space. Would recommend staying here anytime, hope we can come back one day. Grts Chris & Anne.
Only a suggestion, turn off pool lights after 1.00am. Don't need anymore and light can be quite strong into the room if shades are not down.

From our superior room the view was spectacular. Endless blue! The pool has a great and modern design and is quite clean. The are no words to describe the hospitality, positivity and kindness of the stuff. Anastasia is quite friendly and cheerful and Ms Giota prepares a tasty breakfast with many selections based on your tastes. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay at Dardiza boutique hotel again.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with private beach.
All rooms have a stunning sea view.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. You feel very welcome here. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.
It’s located close to Ermioni, and it is the perfect location to explore the region or relax at the beach.
The breakfast is really nice, and varies everyday.

We loved Dardiza! The pool is truly luxurious and super clean and the sea view was breathtaking! The balcony was big and had a comfy outdoor sofa and armchairs so we loved to sit there and enjoy the view. The breakfast was fantastic (fresh pancakes or crepes every day and many nice pastries, eggs, breads etc.) and the staff were all highly helpful and very kind and friendly.
Maybe some more kitchenware (utensils, plates etc) could be added to the kitchenette.

The breakfast was the best ever! Everyone was so nice and helpfull! I hope we can come back soon and relax at the infinity pool with see view.
Maybe the bathroom was a bit small, but we didn’t care much.

Great little hotel. This is a true boutique hotel. Very friendly and sincere staff (this is possible only in boutique hotels, most hotels and big chains do not provide such personalized service and attention from the staff). Great, comfortable rooms. delicious breakfasts made with love and attention, especially pastries and salads with fresh local vegetables. Daily room cleaning, always fresh towels. Clean and comfortable pool. the presence of several showers and a bathroom in the area near the pool. Incredible sea right under the windows. Great hotel and unbelievable staff! Thanks a lot!
There is no limit to perfection :) 1) not a lot of greenery on the territory. we would like pine trees for more shade from the strong sun and juniper trees for scent - this would add special notes to the ideal perception and mood; 2) Inconvenient entrance to the sea. I would recommend making a plastic panton for easy descent into the sea or making an existing stone breakwater more comfortable (covering and descending into the sea).

Loved the view, the pool and the paddle board/kayaks. The breakfast was also incredible and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
The only tiny downside was that we thought the kitchenette would have more equipment eg plates, cutlery, a knife. However, the breakfast was so generous we didn’t need to use the kitchen as much as planned.

Where should I begin?
I have stayed in a LOT of hotels, everything from 2* budget hostels to 6* luxury resorts, both for work and leisure. Until today, I have never felt a sense of sadness when leaving a property. The love poured into, and pouring out of this hotel is something incredibly special. Never have I left a hotel feeling so well cared for, as if my personal relaxation and retreat were the highest priority and ultimate goal of the hotel staff.
The property itself is stunning. From lounging by the infinity pool to using the hotel's selection of canoes and paddleboards, life vests, snorkel gear, pool floats, etc., a family can easily spend the entire day enjoying time together at the beautiful Dardiza Bay.
The breakfast is absolutely, out of this world delicious. We never knew what was coming next. We just loved this because every single thing was SO good. We felt like we had our own personal chef, and oh Marianna....that apple cake! Spectacular! Breakfast at Dardiza Boutique Hotel was an experience that reminded me of being in my grandma's kitchen, where she just brought out one delightful dish after the next.
The room (we were in Room 301) was extremely clean, spacious, modern, and light. The panoramic view of the sea while laying in bed was the perfect way to wake up each day. Every detail was architecturally well executed. I left wanting to have a copy of the blueprints for my own dream home one day.
Finally, a word about the staff. Upon arrival, we were met in the parking lot, as if old friends or family had been waiting specifically for us. After being shown to our room, we were given a brief tour of the property, and told should we need anything at all, to simply ask. We never once had to ask, because the staff was so attentive to our needs. They helped to organize a birthday cake for my husband, complete with candles and matches. They got to know my children well enough to figure out who preferred sweet crepes, and who savory.
Just a bit of constructive criticism for this absolutely delightful boutique hotel, which I highly, highly recommend:
1. Invest in mattress toppers and more comfortable seating for inside the rooms. The beds are so firm that after a few nights, our bodies were aching, and there is nowhere to comfortably sit.
2. Complete the furnishings for the kitchenette. Currently, there is a sink, cook top, refrigerator, coffee maker and panini press. However, there were no dishes, pots, pans, or flatware.
