Everything as described and everything worked!

Check in was super easy, beds were comfy! The house is a little more dated inside than the photos suggest, but totally got the job done. The third bedroom has all twin beds rather than posted bunk beds and a queen. Could have used some cooking oil in the kitchen, and could use a guest book or email/text guidance on check out procedures (where should I take the trash out to? should I leave sheets on bed? Where should I put towels? Should I run the dishwasher before leaving? The standard info.)

Everything was great. Location, accommodations, etc. house was perfect for our 2 families.

There were a few issues such as broken beds and couch, empty propane tanks, but Sharma took care of what he could fairly quickly. Condo was cozy but nothing fancy. Just what we needed for a quick trip the week before Thanksgiving.

View from the deck was awesome! Condo was spacious and furniture was comfortable. Enough room and sleeping arrangements to take the whole family but it was just the two of us.

Nice place and fit all of us comfortably. A little noisy due to the highway, but over all a great place to stay. Beautiful view of Silverthorne and the lake with incredible sunrise off the lake.

1st- was given the wrong guest contact information. We had no hot water until the next morning and that was after the contact had to come to the property. Firepit didn't work, needs a part. Grill was disgusting. Patio doors did not lock. Front door latch is broken. The door handles in the house didnt latch and stay closed. No replacement batteries for the remotes that needed them. Holes in the screens, ended up getting wasps in the house. Back of the main floor sofa is burned in the back from the register.

Great property and location..had a great stay

My boyfriend, my son, and me made plans to summit Grays Peak. This was a great “base camp!” My parents came and hung out with my daughter. We came back and watched movies after the hike.
It was a lovely escape from the Kansas heat! I wish we’d stayed longer, I would have loved to enjoy some Colorado evenings on the back porch!

The property had wonderful views and lots of space. The screen doors need to be fixed. There is a hole in the screen in upstairs bedroom. Really like the showers, nice kitchen. Would stay again.

There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed--the front door screen needs to be replaced and a dining room screen was torn. The lower patio door needs to be more secure. Overall, though the house was nice and fit our needs well. There were some easy hiking trails close by. I would recommend it and would use it in a future stay.

Property had some issues. Broken chairs in kitchen, bad gutters on decks, Murphy bed was broken but usable. Overall place is fine but not great compared to many other VRBOs I have stayed in. Owners were responsive to needs which is good.

Great location, square footage and layout but the unit is dirty and dangerous! For instance, the cleaning company only cleans the surface...that's it. Our dog ate something underneath the upstairs master bed (we saw it happen but couldn't get to her in time) and she spent 24-hours at the emergency vet on an IV as it was toxic...total cost was $1,700+. We looked under all beds and it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a year or more. The murphy bed downstairs is dangerous. I went to put it up (from down to closed position) and the metal leg bracket is broken. It came down and hit me in the face. Luckily, I turned so it hit me in the chin opposed to knocked my teeth out. I got a nice bruise from it. All dining room chairs are broken but we had to find that out on our own and the downstairs sliding glass door handle is broken....the top part of the handle hangs down so not hard to miss. There was dirty laundry left in the powder room/laundry area. I suggest to remove ALL furniture and throw rugs to give it a deep clean. It may be good for the owners to spend a weekend in the unit to assess the unit. It's unfortunate as the unit has so much potential but would not recommend.

Property was very clean and just as pictured. Great location and beautiful views.

A little pricey for what you get. The area isn’t very nice. There is junk behind the place but otherwise the view is beautiful. No code sent by check in time. Needed to get into the place to shower for a rehearsal dinner. Could not get a hold of anyone for at least 30 minutes. Usually VRBO rentals are very organized and I have the code way before check in time. Decor is dated. The amount of places to sleep were a bonus and the beds comfortable.

It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Overall it was excellent. Just one modification I would recommend is to have a regular door instead of a french glass door in the basement bedroom for privacy. If not, just fix the door so it properly closes.

The view from both decks was amazing. The house was very clean, comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Excellent location for hiking and would highly recommend to all!

We traveled with two kids 8-10 and two other family members. The Google Maps directions and location of the property are wrong and it took us a bit to locate the property. The shrub obstructing the house number did not help much. Take the first right one you pass Poplar Circle as you drive up Ryan Gulch. Through the email communication we were instructed we will receive the front door code to check and we didn't get the code so we had to call. No a big deal really. The property was clean and we appreciated the kitchen utensils and spices as we didn't want to eat out due to COVID-19. There are a number of trails close by ranging from easy to hard as well as biking and kayaking on Dillon Reservoir. We brought an inflatable kayak and the kids had a blast. The screen doors were in disrepair (ground floor door was constantly falling off track, basement screen was broken and door was off track and could not be placed back on the track) but other than that everything was in great shape. No A/C but the temperature dropped to upper 40s and lower 50s at night so we definitely enjoyed the fresh air. The view off the balcony was very nice and we loved watching the sun set over Dillon Reservoir. There is a small gas grill on the balcony that came in very handy for what we needed. We had a really good time and I wished we would have stayed for longer. Next time!

We loved the location and the many choices in sleeping spots helped us all choose a spot we would be comfortable sleeping in. The view was spectacular too! The only catch is our map apps placed the house in the middle of a snowbank. We suggest clear directions are placed on the listing so no one else drives past the parking-lot entrance in the dark!

It's a very nice town-home with plenty of sleeping accommodations and nice views from the 2 decks. All you will need for a nice stay with a well equipped kitchen amazing showers! The common areas are a little small but very nice!
