Flott beliggenhet, trivelig personale.

Kunne vært bedre frokost, manglet noen elementære ting slik som grovt brød, egg (en dag), appelsinjuice (en dag), majones, jordbærsyltetøy. Lite rom og dårlig utstyrt. Bør være vinglass.

Moderately priced. Also being able to get fully refunded for a mistakenly made reservation was a huge plus!

Rooms were comfortable, hotel very easy to access in middle of city with plenty of restaurants around to choose. Great breakfast, and very nice staff, gave us few hits of where to travel in good nature reserve,

There is no AC in hotel, we did get fan in heat but in 28-30 degrees that's not enough, and even tho at night we opened window to get some cool air into room, there was no air circulation in room to get cool air from outside.

Very nice hotel awesome staff very helpful, evening before leaving we asked about taxi for next day to airport, there was no problem for ordering one ahead. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice.

Hockey weekend in Skellefteå.

Very nice and comfy room, clean, fresh and comfortable beds. Cudos to the receptionist who helped us switch rooms after I booked a to small one. OK breakfast with plus for the cured salmon and dried ham.

Hockey lost after a lousy game.

It is a good hotel if you just sleep and eat breakfast.

At breakfast, we can eat delicious sandwiches and meatballs unique to Sweden. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wider bed.

The room is dark and depressing. and there was a water leak from the ceiling in my room. Overall, the room is not so good.

Disappointing hotel.

The location in the city center was very good with restaurants near by.

The hotel is advertised as having a fitness center. There was no fitness center and the staff mentioned that there has been no fitness center for a while and many guests have complained. The bathrooms are old and in need of repair. The shower was difficult to use because the shower head was damaged. Breakfast was basic and the hot food was cold.

Location is great, in the middle of the town centre. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Staff were friendly. Free tea and coffe in the reception lounge was a bonus. Small but clean rooms.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the bed was on the smaller side. WiFi was at times unreliable and slow. The price is quite steep for what you get, but this seems to be a general trend in Skellefteå, and of course the location of this hotel is really hard to beat.
