I didnt realize that there was no reception. Initially I didn't seethe notice directing me to the other hotel to book in. I was too tired. Advance notice of this in English when booking would be useful

Very helpful staff.

NIce clean, comfortable hotel. Good value for money. Ideally located for Camino del Norte. Zarautz is a nice little town by the beach.
No parking on site but plenty available in a nearby multi storey which was reasonably priced. No meals at hotel but plenty of cafes nearby.

The hotel is very close to the beach and it has excellent air conditioning. The staff were really helpful when we had a query about our room.
Nothing.

Tidy and surprisingly spacious family rooms. Central location very close to beach, small balconies in our family room were nice
Earplugs are handy during weekend nights - street noises get quite loud due to central location.
Also very difficult to dry the beach gear due to very humid air conditions outside and inside.

Great price. Nicely surprised after mixed reviews.
L For very little money they could finish the rooms better. Needs tea and coffee in rooms. No receptionist. You have to walk to another building to collect keys and sign in.

The Rezeption was not at this location, but at a different hotel

The hotel was well located, close to the beach. The room was clean and the beds were comfy
The check in was at a different hotel, which meant moving all the luggage back and forth

Space of room, good beds.
The noise, especially from other guests, was quite loud. This went on the whole night. Bad sound and light isolation (hall Light from incoming guests visible in room through windowpanes in door). Paid parking too far from hotel.

The hotel/room location was great in the centre of town. Was a small room, but this was fine as expected for price. Had to pick up room key from the bar round the corner and person was very helpful in explaining tings and where could get breakfast etc. I was walking the Camino and the hotel was very close to start of route for following day.

Location is perfect in centre of town and close to beach, therefor good value. Single person room is very basic dans not very spacious but it works.
Little balcony was nice
Wifi didn’t work which was annoying
Beds uncomfortable
Check in is in another building down the street, not really and issue
9.0 / 10.0
The location is perfect, less than 100m from the beach. "Walking distance" is an overexaggeration for the distance to the bars with yummy Takos / Pinxos and the restaurants in Zarautz - you could easily crawl back from there to the hotel.
My room was rather small, I did miss a comfortable seating accomodation. The room came with one chair and a small desk, but in the corner of the room that I didn't want to sit in. The city is quite loud on weekend nights.
