Beliggenhet kan de ikke ta fra hotellet. Rett ved det aller meste. Ok frokost, men litt lite å spise, da. Utrolig kult interiør i fellesområdene.

The hotel was immaculate. The most beautiful I've seen!
The sink and shower were clogged and didn't drain well.

An amazingly decorated hotel right in the centre of the tourist part of Brussels.
The bathrooms weren’t great.

Decore was unique. Unlike anything else.
There were bugs in my room.
the pillows were old and tired.
the noise from the street was quite loud.
There was no airflow in the room without opening a window to the street which was very loud.

Location, location, location!!! It's located surrounded by restaurants, things to do, right in the middle of the historic center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The offered a descent continental breakfast. Really good coffee. The hotel owner talked to us and shared some history about the place.
The front of the hotel it doesn't do a fair to the inside of the hotel, It's very well kept, Moroccan type of decoration and with a lot of history.

Location is amazing. Right next to le Grand place, in the very center. Decoration and mix of styles is very odd and amusing, it was funny seeing Moroccan style and Austrian royal court mixed together.
Everything is quite old, facilities, toilet , furniture, etc. Definitely not a fancy hotel... I didn't feel like I could leave anything of value in the room and that is ok, it's ok, this is more of a hostel than anything else. Repurposed Moroccon style house.

in the city centre, 4 minutes from central station, easy access, no fuss, breakfast, unique place, really affordable, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable
it is in the city centre so it is noisy, at least the room overlooking the street below is very noisy and the action in the street can take late into the night (was there for work meeting, otherwise would have joined the party)

Location
They gave me a room withthe bedroom with a very low ceiling without asking if it would be fine with me.

An attractive and quirky hotel. The single accommodation was small - no chair in the room. Lighting very muted and some electrical fittings decidedly unsafe. The hotel is interesting but a little tired. Great location.
Dodgy electrics.

Location
Filthy room, broken glass, dust a d a plastic bottle on top of wardrobe. Blood on bathroom door. No TV remote, tiny room. Just the worst room I've ever stayed in.

It's like sleeping in a museum. With piano concert during the night, have a piano at the entrance. Literally 1-2minutes to Grand Place, so no better place to stay. Heater works well.
Had just 2 plugs in my room, unfortunately not close to the bed. Understandable, probably its because the old building, and everything that have there. I suggest to let like a map to show where we can find a plug in the room. Bedroom floor is very weak (synthetic material)

It’s just beautiful decor, and in an amazing location.
It is a bit overpriced in my opinion. I had trouble with TV whole time (no signal) reported twice. Hairdryer not working, toilet seat wobbly (was fixed), phone is in in bedside drawer so not connected to anything?! The breakfast is very, very basic, ok for one day, but not for 3! No fruit, no yogurt, no choice - just processed cheese, bread, butter, croissant, orange juice, jam - and when I asked for hot water with slice of lemon as I don’t I drink tea/coffee - was told it’s not possible. Housekeeping just unlock and walk in without knocking?! Saw a mouse on the ground floor.
Manager was very helpful with noisy neighbours in the night but with no phone in room working, I had to go to reception to report everything.
Lots of small issues/problems maybe, but added together left me feeling disappointed.

Brilliant location, amazing decor, and super nice host. Breakfast was a nice treat as well.
As an older property, sound travelled more between rooms, so make sure to bring earplugs.

The staff very polite and positive. The location also perfect
There was mold in my room, dirty drawers, the lamp is berely lit and really bad breakfast (piece of bread and a croissant every day)

Just the location was excellent !
Old building, damp, steep stairs, lift half functional ; receptionist gentleman (gentle?) at the front desk during my check in on 31st August at about 9 pm was rude and bad tampered ( I believe he needs more training in dealing with guests : not sacking from job , he'll definitely learn I believe). Rest of the front desk personnel were excellent and very helpful including the owner Mr Ben.
Secondly, breakfast needs improvement and additional food items as the breakfast offered was very basic also the lady serving the breakfast needs to learn English to deal with international English speaking customers.
Overall, I'll say, it was enjoyable and okay for short sweet sojourn not ideal for longer stays !

The eclecticness.........was amazing and different. The location was fantastic.....less than 50yards from the grand square.
Unfortunately as it was in such a close proximity to the square, it was a little noisy overnight but we were in a room at the front of the hotel maybe different deeper in.
