Just okay, nothing special.

The Location. Food is nice

My Room did not have side lamp. Need to call then they install it. The check in cannot be a little earlier which a disappointment.

Despite these issues, I still had a good time and appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a spacious room that was perfect for two people, and I truly appreciated the extra side bed. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the adult-only pool, it provided a serene atmosphere that really helped me unwind and enjoy my time.

I recently stayed at your hotel (26/10/2024 - 27/10/2024) during the peak season and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon check-in, I noticed that there were no slippers or towels provided in my room. Firstly, the house keeping only send the slippers but no towels. I had to go to the reception to request the towels. (4.30 pm - 7.00 pm). It seemed that the high volume of guests may have affected the usual standards. Additionally, the dustbin was placed on top of a chair, which seemed quite unusual and inconvenient. I also found that the cleanliness of my room did not meet my expectations, likely due to the high volume of guests. Furthermore, the toilet had a noticeable smell, which was quite unpleasant. Lastly, I was disappointed with the breakfast, the nasi lemak and kueh teow lacked flavor and did not match the quality I had (27/10/2024) I understand that peak times can be challenging, but I believe addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Needs some love but has been spectacular in it time

This older facility neeeds some updating/love but if you understand that, it is a lovely place to relax. And the spa services and infrastructure were outstanding. Liked the peacocks wandering around freely. Good staff. The pools were great, the adult pool was Impeccable.

There is a cute petting farm but the animals are caged and the hotel should simply build a mesh top instead of small cages.

I book the highest price RM650 room sea view, but when I go to the room the view is bad enough and the sea view is so bad. there the view full of property only can sea a litter view. very disappointed

Disappointment with the Property

The staff at the coffee house n Lounge were exceptionally polite and hospitable. Thiru , Amiri n Nena. they deserve 5 *****. We had Room 605 n 606. The wiring connection were loose and was difficult even to get our mobile charged. We had tea n cofee in the rooms but was not given any teaspoon or stirrer. The bed was superb both king size n 2 single bed. We had been there before in 2010 that's why we made a return stay. However this time we were very disappointed. The toilet in 606 was leaking but was soon fixed after the complain. Our son was supposed to check in 17th Jun to 20Jun was his pre honeymoon but after what we experienced, he is likely to cancel his stay for June. These are our feedback .

On the last day of our stay had to have bfast in the rain due to the coffee house was full due to seminar but the staff was exceptionally great. Above all very disappointed with the property . Its looks nice on the website but crapp when you stay there. Consolation the staffs were the saviours to the bad experience of our stay. Thank you. went for a honeymoon and to recharge body battery after stressful wedding preparation, it was worthy and will recommend

The ambiance & environment is very nice and relaxing

The adult pool is closed early at 7pm, because we love night swimming

Rustic.

The water chalets were comfortable amidst a well grown garden with peacocks and chickens roaming free.

There were bedside lamps in the chalets that could not be plugged in because the plugs and sockets could not fit into each other. The chalets need some refurbishment as they are looking a bit run down.

Would not stay in this hotel again unless it has gone under serious renovation.

The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. Lunch at the poolside bar was good.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation - electrical fittings, bathroom fittings could all do with being replaced. Looking very, very tired and maybe the hotel is living on its past glories.... There are much nicer and more modern hotels in the area to consider.

It was still fine due to we only look for short quiet stay, but the price feels way to high

Love the non obstructed sea view, nice sea breeze and sound of waves, staff is very helpful and accommodating, can feel the hospitality and effort to make stay comfortable

Rooms are a little moldy and not really clean, outdated furniture and walls needed good repair and repaint. I understand the humidity and location on the water but the expectations for the price paid were higher.

Location

It’s time to upgrade the room facilities & refurbish. Very poor maintenance. Should provide buggy services to the chalet. wifi signal also poor.

1) water chalet looks old and not well maintained. 2) not cleaned properly, dusty, dirty bed sheet/duvet, asked to change on 1st nite. 3) found maggot on duvet and had it changed again on 2nd nite. 4) creepy as heard loud noise from room next door, and found out that empty room nxt door is not for sale for long time. 5) left blazer suit in wardrobe after checked out, called back hotel to ask for it, but never return call till today.
