Ótima!

Estacionamento no prédio (custo adicional), quarto espaçoso, cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Todos os funcionários eram atenciosos e educados. Localização também era boa, próximo de estação. Fizemos tudo a pé.

A água do chuveiro oscilava entre quente e frio enquanto tomávamos banho. Tinha que evitar horário de pico, que mais gente tomava banho, para conseguir ter água quente o tempo todo.

El desayuno buffet es bueno.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en ninguna de las tres habitaciones que teníamos y tampoco en el restaurante del desayuno en un día de mucho calor. Teniendo acceso directo al parking desde las habitaciones nos hicieron salir por la calle con el equipaje para subir a las habitaciones

Perustason hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla ja ystävällisellä palvelulla.

Sijainti ja nopea reagointi kysymyksiin.

Huoneet hieman kulahtaneet, varsinkin kylpyhuone. Kadun puolella hieman meluisaa. Ei kuntosalia.

Good Location

Good location. Rooms were great with comfortable beds although bathroom probably needed a refit. Breakfast was very good in the panoramic restaurant.

Hotel bien situado, a pocos minutos a pie de la av de Liberdade, del castillo, de las peatonales y de la plaza de Comercio junto al rio. Reserve una suite junior, muy amplia y comoda con una linda vista a la ciudad y al castillo. La sala de baño muy amplia tambien. Atencional cliente y limpieza excelentes, salvo por el Sr con anteojos que controla la entrada de autos al parking Cama y almohadas muy bien Desayuno muy bueno, conviene ir temprano Hermoso el bar en la terraza!!! y muy lindo bar en planta baja

It is perfect!

This hotel is amazing! Excellent location for any direction you want to travel. Extremely communicative place. The staff exceeded our expectations with your responsiveness and kindness. The room was cleaned every day and for my birthday I had a big surprise. I would happily come back again! Thanks to all the warm people who work there!

Perfect place. Highly recommend it!

The best place to stay in Lisbon! 1. Perfectly located - in 5-10min walk from great restaurants and places to visit. 2. Great facilities - the bedroom was awesome. Large enough for you to walk around and organize your luggages. Great bathroom size, I had a hairstylist coming to do my hair for an event and we used the bathroom only, enough space and light for it. No regrets. 3. Still about the event, I needed a room for the makeup artist and hairstylist to do the hair and makeup of other guests for the event. I called the staff and they got us a perfect place and didn't charge extra, they were super helpful to support us with our last minute request. Can't thank them enough! 4. Comfortable bed and pillow, with very clean facilities. 5. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks. 6. Surroundings were overall busy so I felt like I was close to the heart of Lisbon. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone going to Lisbon.

Nothing that I didn't like but I'd tell people to plan ahead and book it with a good time in advance. I booked it 9m in advance and got a fair rate, some friends couldn't afford booking as the prices went up significantly around 3-4 months prior to the period of our stay. I felt the price I paid was worth it, but much higher than that was too much.

Thoughtful and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Location was central to activities and transportation. Room was comfortable and clean.

Would have loved if the exterior windows were clean, we had a beautiful view of the city, but it was obstructed by dirty windows.

Excellent stay in central location with good breakfast and helpful staff

Reception staff were very good and knowledgeable. Nice room, nice breakfast and central location. yellow bus tours just around the corner and Tram outside the hotel.

Die Grösse vom Bad und Zimmer, die Aussicht vom Balkon aus, die zentrale Lage, tolle Rooftopbar, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal

Der Aufzug gegenüber vom Zimmer war gut zu hören. Tisch und Stuhl auf Balkon hat gefehlt😔

A great hotel for a Lisbon mini break.

A really good hotel with great rooms in a central location. Very friendly staff and a wonderful roof top bar. The location is very central and convenient for the main squares, metro and trams.

Nothing negative. We were staying in January, so I can only comment on my experience at that time of year.

Logo no inicio da tarde do dia 5 de janeiro, para entrar para o parque automóvel do hotel, fui logo muito bem recebido pelo staff muito simpático e uma empatia extrema! um rapaz que pode ser muito bem português, mas de origem negra cinco estrelas! explicou me que podia estacionar la em baixo e que depois poderia fazer o check in! depois no check in fui excelentemente muito bem recebido,, deram me logo os parabéns pois nesse dia dia 5 completei 59 anos foi a mais bela noite de 5 de janeiro,, oferecem champanhe e uns bons bons ! pequeno almoço grandioso todo o staff super eficiente , recomendo e vou voltar um dia destes! muito Obrigado! Inesquecível estadia de apenas um dia

Lo staff era molto gentile e preparato, la stanza era spaziosa e pulita, con la vista panoramica sulla città. Anche il rooftop è stupendo. La colazione era molto varia sia salato che dolce, e’ stata un ottima esperienza, se torno a Lisbona riprenoto di nuovo qui.

地理位置超级好，出门右手边就是一个大超市，28路电车的起始站也在酒店门口。前台给我们免费升级了带阳台的套房，正对着山上的城堡，性价比超高。早餐也很好，竟然有红薯和豆腐，总之很推荐的酒店。

les attentions de la direction pour Noël et le 1er de l' an .L’extrême gentillesse du personnel ( particulièrement Pedro).Ainsi que l' emplacement proche des centres d' intérêt.

bruits extérieurs dûs à la climatisation dans la 1ere chambre. Quant à la seconde qui avait une très belle vue, problèmes en fin de séjour des toilettes ( mauvaise évacuation).

Hotel confortable muy céntrico y con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad

Nos ofrecieron una habitación superior manteniendo el precio y teníamos unos bombones y una botella de oporto de obsequio.Nos hablaron en español y fueron muy amables. Servicio de habitaciones 24 h. El desayuno muy completo y nos sentaron enseguida El parking cuesta solo 10 € día (bastante lleno porque está céntrico y lo comparten más hoteles pero muy controlado)

Quizás por poner algo nosotros preferimos ducha en lugar de bañera en los cuartos de baño

Rooftop incrível Equipe da recepção e do restaurante formidável, todos muito atenciosos!!! Ajudaram nas malas,eram muitas malas rss Localização muito boa Vista do quarto linda Brinde de boas vindas Brinde no quarto ,cartao de boas vindas comvinho e doces ,deliciosos.

Hotel é bonito mas está muito antigo,precisa de um retrofit.Carpete dos quartos muito velho, marcenaria antiga, banheira muito antiga,ruim de usar. Decoração muito velha. Precisa urgente ser reformado.

O hotel é gigantesco, com todas as qualidades e defeitos q um hotel com estas características tem. Bom café da manhã, roupas de cama e banho muito bons. É um hotel q recebe muitas excursões, então o movimento é grande no saguão. Funcionários extremamente gentis, roof top bem agitado o fim do dia. O restaurante, q não usei, parece ser muito conveniente e de boa qualidade. Geograficamente a localização é excelente, mas a praça Martim Moniz e seu entorno está beeem decadente, principalmente a noite.

O hotel está bem “ desgasto”, decoração datada e no fim da noite, o bar está com a limpeza sofrível, após a apresentação do grupo musical q se apresenta no espaço.

Hotel que no es de 4 Estrellas, muy ruidoso ya que las ventanas no aíslan. Y la plaza a la que da es bastante peligrosa por la noches

La amplitud de la habitación, ubicación céntrica y el personal.

El baño era muy viejo, incómodo y con una bañera peligrosa. La moqueta.

Just warm it up please. Ther is no reason for cold air conditioning in December.

Great location. Grocery next door. Great shopping in boutiques nearby, Easy to walk to the water without hills! Tram 28 stop just one block away (Don't waste your time on the Tram). Hotel was immaculately clean. Workers polishing everything all day long. Spotless! Fantastic bellmen. Front office staff was amazing. Big smile.

Hotel hallways, breakfast room, bars and restaurants were FREEZING COLD. Guests had on down jackets, coats and sweaters. It was December! We want cozy warmth!!!! The receptionists had space heaters underneath their desks. They were cold too. Please give us a comfortable atmosphere. If we get too hot, we can open a window. Come on.

Una escapada en parella i festa de cap dany

L'hotel està al centre, a 5 minuts de tot, té metro al costat. Des del menjador veus el tramvia que puja al Castell. Van ser molt amables. Molta gent al check in però ens van portar una ampolla de porto i aigua de cortesia a l'habitació. Vam sopar hi per Cap d'Any i el bufet va ser molt bo.

Per dir alguna cosa, rajava aigua de l'aixeta de la dutxa.
