La grandezza e la pulizia della camera ottima,il balcone ,vicinissimo al centro commerciale e con una passeggiata vicino al centro.La colazione e garage compreso nel prezzo

La poca disponibilità e maleducazione della ragazza al Check-in,mancanza di mappa della città con siti da visitare e nessuna informazione da parte della medesima ragazza.

Easy to get to, nice little hotel bar and friendly staff. Rooms always clean.

Not so much a didn't like but a concern that the tennis courts need some additional barriers to stop children going around the back of them as there is only a low parapet wall and a long 4m+ drop

To expensive for what you paid for

The receptionist is very friendly and helper person, the location is good nd also the parking area

It is definitely overprice, needs to pay more attention in the bathroom cleaning, very dissapointed when you find hair inside the shower and floor

nice linen in the room. very good location but eventhough one can sleep well. Not noisy

they lost a good night gown of mine and didn’t care to asnswer me back and, in case they couldn’t found it in the laundry, didn’t offer to pay it back - even though I identified the brand and se t pictures of a similar one

Great for a short break

Bar is warm, welcoming and a great price and always like staying there.

Views across the roundabout to the South East to Salvada and Cabeça Gorda now spoilt with a new Aldi

Friendly staff. Excellent snack menu available until midnight. Hotel bar reasonably priced. Breakfast was very enjoyable and plenty of it.

Everything was good. Apart from the orange juice at breakfast bit watered down.

The shutters outside keep most heat out, they where shit when we arrived and the room was pleasant in temperature. Very much room.

We ordered food via roomservice. 2x blackangus burger+fries. The fries were as cold as they could get and the burgers were tough to get through.

The air conditioning and the space of the room

The initial atendant at front desk was obnoxious at start of the stay due to wanting covid tests and vacinnes certificates I understand its a practice that is correct but what I did not like was the lack of communication from the hotel towards their guests to ask them to bring those documents as I was in lisbon on the beginning of my holiday and no one had asked me for such things in the places I stayed due to that fact thats were all those documents stayed as I thought it was safer there i had no warning whatsoever that I was required to have them with me lucky for me I had photos of them otherwise I reckon I would not be allowed to stay area is not very good not much to see or do noise from street and other rooms was quite high I could not use one of the balconies due to been covered in pigeon fecces and two pigeons were residing on it it look like the room had not been clean properly or checked otherwise the balcony would not be on that state also found numerous hairs in bathroom and bed. In the morning as I went for a shower the water pressure was not very good and when I opened the tap all I could smell was raw sewage not good value for money as I stayed on the suite and for what I got charged for one night I was expecting alot better

Seems like the hotel has been recently refurbished, nice that the rooms have balconies. Staff was courteous and helpful! Would stay here again

Good hotel

Very comfortable bed, wide balcony, great location.

Breakfast. It was included in the room rate but most of the things didn't taste good at all: the drinks (hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice) had too much water in it. The only think I enjoyed were the warm and crispy croissants.
