Atendimento
A Piscina
O duche na casa de banho
9.0 / 10.0
Zona. A atenção dos empregados. O espaço em termos culturais e arquitectónicas. O restaurante. O pequeno-almoço.
A piscina principal estava em manutenção. Não há nenhum problema, no entanto podiam ter avisado previamente. E não havia um bar pronto a servir, teria que se fazer o pedido no restaurante.

Nenhum aspecto a salientar.
Do edifício histórico. Localização e espaço envolvente. Staff muito atencioso e prestável. Qualidade do restaurante.

Everything. Absolutely perfect
Small improvement for the future. Not having outlets near the bed to charge the phone. For all the rest a 10!

We found this as a stopover in a long trip, the only regret was that we only had one night. Beautiful property, lovely staff, we will definitely be back.

The convent is really a gem, we are so glad we picked this location;
It’s absolutely stunning and the views are amazing. Very unique experience.
breakfast is very good; staff are friendly;
The room we stayed at (room 131)was very good and has a couple of chairs and umbrellas right at the front with beautiful views;
The restaurant at the hotel is excellent;
Our son loved the pool and the play room;
Could use a little fridge in the room;
some musty smell in the corridors in some parts of the hotel, but I guess it is expected given the fact it is a very old building;

Magical place with the most friendly and helping staff !

The coolness of the marble hallways and sounds of water fountains everywhere was so soothing! I swam in both pools, which seem to be lightly salted, no chlorine - the facility is also very eco-conscious, which I appreciate.
I’d booked a room with two beds, since I was traveling with a friend, but when we arrived we were given a room with a single-full-sized bed. They ultimately gave us a dark room with two beds and no view - not like any of those pictured, but it worked out fine.

Beautiful breakfast buffet. We also had dinner at the convent and it was very good with a wonderful wine from the area. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful, with many original features from the 12th C. It is very beautiful.

we loved this property. probably the favourite property of our 3 week Portugal trip and definitely the most economical. owners work in the gelato store next door so were easily accessible, always welcoming and friendly. good sized bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, one in the hallway. well equipped and beautiful kitchen. great location. air conditioning worked great. only flight up. beautiful and large rooftop deck.
we loved everything!!!

The scenery is beautiful, staying at the monastery felt like a privilege and it was quite an experience. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant is good.
The bathroom was nice, but had an unpleasant smell. Taking a shower was a challenge since the shower head leaked and was very old fashioned.

The place is gorgeous and very well kept. Lot's of games for the kids (snooker, table football, ping pong) and the staff is really really kind.
The shower tap is a bit moody: super difficult to tame between really hot and cold water. Even a bit dangerous for the kids. Breakfast could be richer.

The remoteness and historic setting make this a fabulous getaway.

we LOVED the convent, it’s incredible location, sweet staff and proprietor.
The restaurant menu and food could certainly be updated. the food was a big weakness in what otherwise is a brilliant property. the food was over priced and just not up to par. a lesson could be learned from the nearby restaurant at Quinta do Quetzal which has delicious food and a menu fitting to more contemporary tastes of visitors to the area.

Unique place, like a museum. Definitely one of the best places we stayed at in Portugal. A 4star hotel in an old monastery is not that common.
The place was very nice, and they have a nice wine selection.
More info about the room prior to booking, we were put in a building outside the main complex and it made it impossible to make use of the swimming pool or other facilities.

Location
This hotel was meant to be our holiday highlight so very disappointed.
Strong musty smell in room. Damp. Ants In room. Bathroom window looked on to pathway had no curtain
Restaurant. Ordered crusted lamb chops received deep fryed lamb nuggets with crisps and watery cabbage. The waiter remarked "cheif took the bones off for you"
Maybe management should spend a night or two
