Bad smell in lobby and rooms. Maybe it's a matter of season start. Lake is fine.
5.0
Not too much really
tiny rooms which are extremely basic and outdated. Not so clean and bathroom was oudated and cramped.
6.0
Beach, food, staff
Music during the night, cleanness

View from the balcony.
Broken chairs on the balcony, the door of one room was missing glass, the sofa bed that was supposed to be used as a bed for two was very small and extremely uncomfortable. The bath tub was missing a stopper, which the staff promised to supply throughout our stay but never did.

Close to Slnecne Jazera.
We didn't know that at the time of our booking, there is also wedding and other action - bride to be, goodbye freedom therefore were we came, we could not use restaurant and also private beach. This should be reported in advance to us, if we know we book different hotel. Overall, lot of noisy music all night and by early morning.

The staff was kind and the bed was good. Breakfast was OK(ish). It was nice to be able to go for a swim in the morning.
The room was significantly overpriced (we paid 110 EUR for the night). Our room was so small that you literally could not move around. It was so filthy when we got (hair on the floor, peanuts, dirt and dust). Even though the bed was good, we could hardly sleep because of the unberable heat and loud music until 3 am. Three stars are 3 too many. The place in reality is so different than the idyllic pictures on the website. The only thing that made it bearable was that we only stayed overnight and that staff we're truly kind.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations, The rooms are well decorated and spacious. Many of the reviews were saying that the hotel was noisy, but I cant really see this as a issue form the hotel since is located in the street that has the most bars and restaurants near the beach and because of the balcony you will hear what is happening outside. I could take my small dog and she could access the beach. The higher point is the private beach with the deck. They offer beach beds and the beach is wonderful. Great food.
The rooms dont have AC and was very during the nights. We went in the summer and got 33 degrees, on the other nights were very pleasant. The hotel hallways could use some updating and unfortunately would carry a strong armpits smell almost all the time, specially after cleaning.

Everything was fine for price we paid the only negative thing notable would be only the absence of some cooling device or airconditioning as through hot days even in evening the rooms were bit too hot still. Otherwise good in general

Fulfilled my expectations.
Parkplace not more disponible late evening.

Hotel place is good, near for everything. Private pebble beach. Air conditioning, washing mashine. Appartments are probably new or renowated.
We had payed in advance, but stuff required refundable deposit 100€ by check in, without prior notice. Tile floor in rooms and on the terrace is sliding when is wet. We heard everything from neighboors during the night and early morning. If you have bad luck for any night living and noising people it is bad. Paid parking. Only one role of toilet paper for stay.

Lake view is beautiful, fridge at room, tv quite ok, pleasant temperature. Parking was good. For one night ok.
Pillows were not soft, made of artificial fibers and they were not comfortale at all. There were no curtains, morning sun woke us too early. We could hear our neighbors over walls... (and heating as well). We were looking for hotel few minutes in dark after sunset ídespite we had navigationé, there is no illuminated sign with name of hotel.
