Séjour très moyen malgré le personnel qui essaie de faire de son mieux.

Le personnel a l’écoute

Nous avons pris supplément vue mer hors aucune vue mer. Premiere nuit pas d’électricité dans le logement puis fuite d’eau dans les interrupteurs de lumière. Le liner piscine qui se décolle et manque d’entretiens des espaces verts

La localisation, ses belles plages

MANQUE CRUEL DE TRANSATS, AUX PISCINES ET AUX PLAGES ET CELA DEPUIS DES ANNEES. Arrivées après 16h et départs à 12h, une journée largement payée pour rien! Les départs se font à 12h et non pas entre 12h et 13h comme mentionné sur booking!!!!! Studio rénové...très moyen, odeur d'humidité partout dans le studio, et climatisation très fatiguée.

Bien passé malgré tout.

Que les animaux soient autorisés 👍 Les animations mêmes si nous n’avons pas participé.

Pas assez de transat près de la piscine, pas de parasol, que notre chien ne puisse pas rester près de nous au restaurant le kombava. Notre chambre était trop éloignée, nous étions au dernier bâtiment 2eme étage, c’était fatiguant de beaucoup marcher. La clim de notre chambre coulait et ne refroidissait pas correctement, dans le couloir également ça coulait!

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and kind always with a smile even when arrangements had to be changed relatively quickly.

The desk in the room had a musty smell. I am sure this happens with a humid climate but it may need to be taken out of the room, cleaned and aired out.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Mais que le personnel soit plus consciencieux concernant le ménage.

Du choix au petit-déjeuner et au diner.

Ménage négligé: poils de rasage retrouvés sur la literie et sur le couvercle de la poubelle de terrasse.

Pour nous séjour assez exceptionnel

Bel emplacement , vue sur la mer exceptionnelle, architecture agréable, balades à partir de la plage, personnel très efficace et à l'écoute.

Le restaurant un peu bruyant à personnaliser. Parking souvent plein.

A nice pool area, and big rooms

We enjoyed spending time by the pool. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but it was nothing special and not worth the high cost. The room was very large, and there was a big balcony. The staff was very helpful when we needed help getting our luggage to the car. The restaurant near the beach was excellent.

We’ve used booking.com a lot lately, and almost every room we get through them is on the top floor. We has to walk up a big hill, then 2 more stories, to get to our room. Our room didn’t have a view of anything but some grass and trees. I was disappointed with the view, after walking up the hill and then the stairs. There was a LOT of seaweed on the beach and in the water, making the ocean almost non-swimmable!

we stayed away from hotel grounds other than to sleep due to the condition

on the ocean. location to restaurants

not the cleanest .mold in bathroom warped doors that don’t shut. air conditioning thermostat doesn’t work. only cold high ants in bathroom cockroaches the size small animals in outdoor kitchen area. thin hard mattresses extra blanket and pillow not usable due to strong body odor from not being cleaned. electric and water shut off randomly without warning constantly most days of our trip. shower trickled even when water was on. had to change rooms front desk said that happens when they have a lot of guests. white van parked on grass directly in front of our ocean view room most every day. landscaping sparse walkways need repair place is just not well maintained. areas being worked on were not done with guest vacationing in mind smelly dirty to walk near. they advertised newly renovated which is painting over rotted shelving and warped doors instead of replacing.

Absolutely nothing. The personnel is unfriendly and absolutely not helpful.

The room was dirty and full with cockroaches. The shower infested with mold. What can I like on that???
