It is located in the heart of Badhomburg City. we could easily access shopping arcade and several restaurants. when we feel tired of sightseeing, we could return shortly to hotel.
Hotel was very quite so we did not hear any noise during sleep.

The breakfast was amazing, staff super polite and there is a small cozy bar at the ground floor that looked very cool
In the room they can add some basic things such as shoe polisher or toothbrush

The room was great. We really liked the bay window and the view.
The staff were not knowlegeable about the surrounding area or about the parking options. The food options were are expensive so we did not eat at the restaurant.

Perfect central city location, very close to parks and baths. On site secured parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Bad Homburg is an excellent weekend getaway from Frankfurt or Mainz for those doing business there.

Breakfast variety was great. Hotel location was gd, must say also gd value for money 💸💰
It's a little outdated and car park space is small for big car . Twin room was not available we had to move beds ourselves to make space for two beds but room big enough.

It was nice, clean and exceptionally well located if you’re visiting Bad Homburg. Breakfast was also really good. I would recommend it.

We booked online the night before and turned up the next day in the early evening. We found the car park under the hotel (15,00€ per day) and used the lift to get up to the reception area. I liked the fact that there were three electric vehicle charging stations in the car park.
Check in was quick and easy. We were travelling with our dog which cost us an additional 25,00€ per day. We had booked one larger room for the three of us, but were highly delighted to be booked into two adjoining double rooms on the 5th floor overlooking the shopping precinct. I took one of the rooms with a large bed (two singles pushed together), table and chair, desk and second chair, large flat screen telly, safe and well equipped bathroom. My bathroom had a stand in shower with two shower heads. There was an empty fridge which we made use of for dog food etc. & there was one bottle of Gerolsteiner sparkling water (why not from the local spa?).
The adjoining room was similar except for a shower in a bath tub.
Breakfast was on the 1st floor. We were thrilled that we could take our dog into the breakfast room on the first day. One the second day we sat in a separated corner which was fine and much quieter than the main room. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a wide range of delicious choices.
My granddaughter & I took advantage of the swimming pool one afternoon. For most of the time we were on our own. Perfect.
The location was except. The Kurpark was on one side of the hotel and the shopping precinct on the other. Also perfect.
I appreciated the fact that all hotel staff (and guests) tolerated our dog. Admittedly he was well behaved but I was relieved that nobody gave us any stress at all. In fact on arrival the receptionist even gave us a little bag of treats for him. That was a nice gesture.
All in all, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel in a lovely old spa town. Even the weather was kind to us!
We missed coffee/tea making facilities in the room(s)

Location was great with public underground parking.
Breakfast was good although due to time constraints, did not fully appreciate.
