Der Weihnachtsmarkt war sehr idyllisch. Lage ist sehr gut. Man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen!
Nichts!

Everything. the staff was exceptional and it’s what I wanted - peace and quiet and to relax.
nothing.

Everything was in a walking distance from the hotel, not more than 15-20minutes and we could leave the car at the property for a resonable price (15€ per night). The breakfast is a must! Wide variety of selection to choose from (including vegan and lactose-free options).
Nothing much, except the fitness room could use a bit more equipment (which doesn't mean you couldn't do a great workout just as is :) ) and more towels in SPA (usually we would have to use those from our room)
4.5
Great hotel with great SPA and great breakfast. Friendly staff.
But if you like silence, then book a room overlooking the courtyard. Opposite my window, there was a turn of the tram tracks and it really interfered with my sleep from 5 in the morning (

The sauna and pool were great.
The beds were hard.

Very nice little spa area, the only thing that's missing is a jacuzzi. Was really good value for the money overall.

all was very nice
3.5
We liked the availability of car parking, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient position near Graz's city centre. Everything is more or less at a walking distance.
The room looked cozy but a bit old furnitured. The bathroom has a bathtub in which you could take a shower but it's frankly a bit uncomfortable and you can easly flood the entire bathroom doing so. The radiator in the bathroom was fully on and could not be regulated so it was extremely hot inside, we had to keep the door open. The Breakfast can certainly be improved upon, needs more variety for sure.

lady from reception was quick to help us change our room which had problems with the smell
breakfast could have been better
some parts of the room need refurbish

We arrived at the hotel in what can only be described as hurricane like weather on motorcycles. We were greeted by a very friendly lady from reception who showed us to the undercover parking garages and offered to take our luggage on arrival. The staff were very friendly & efficient and the food drinks were great. The rooms we booked were standard double rooms and they were exceptionally large. Beds were comfy & bathrooms very clean and spacious. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast had a great choice.
Nothing - however the rumbling of the trams from early morning is to be noted but we soon got used to it.

Location and comfortable bed
No variety of breakfast food, they don't change the bedsheets, not taking care of cleaning the bathroom, they only clearing the trash bin
