Well located and comfortable

I always stay here when visiting relatives as it’s convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is included and there is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional

Breakfast was perfect and the air conditioner kept me alive during the german summer! :) The location is also quite nice as you have the train station nearby.

A very pleasant stay! Without doubt would stay here again

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, on the last day the cleaner even found my phone charger and came down to the breakfast hall to find me and return it! The reception desk staff also had taxis on call and helped us get one quickly when we needed it. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meats, cheeses and fish for making sandwiches. The fruit salad was also a nice plus. Coffee and juices on tap, and cereal as well. The large double room we had was probably the best in the hotel! With plenty of windows and light, and great views of the area outside and plenty of room. The single room was a bit cramped, but had the same facilities as the larger one. All rooms had AC, though at the time of year we visited it wasn't needed. Location was very good, short walking distance of a pedestrianised town centre with various places to shop and eat in the evening, and the hotel was right across the street from the Bad Godesberg underground and overground train stations. Taxi journey from Cologne airport is about 30mins

Duvet cover was a little too warm during the night, would have been good if a thinner cover was available, with a blanket if needed. The larger room had blankets in the wardrobe, but my single room did not (though I didn't require it). An extra pillow might have been useful too. Doors were a little difficult to fully, properly close from the inside - twice I came back from the bathroom to find the room door was ajar and hadn't actually closed - give it a push until you hear the click. All doors also have chains on them you can use to give piece of mind. The lift is a bit cramped, 2 or 3 people max, fewer if you have suitcases - not a lot they can do about this however

4th stay and its always a charm

This is almost humorous but the only deficiency is the breakfast coffee machine is set to fairly weak coffee. I wouls makd a coffee and then add an espresso But that of course is only a matter of taste Wonderful hotel with caring helpful staff

Very good

Very convenient location just opposite the station, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Small gym which opens early (at 6) which I had to myself. Kettle in the room which is quite rare in Germany.

Booked a standard double for single use but the room was very cramped. Would definitely have been too small for two. Bathroom also very small but functional.

We ll be back!

Breakfast was excellent; great choice; dishes freshly replenished as needed. Our room was fine; clean and facilities as expected. All the staff we met were courteous and helpful, went out if their way to give us information we needed etc. location perfect for public transport, easy access to town centre and to walk to the the Rhine .

Health and safety for both guests and staff; electricians working in the entrance hall created hazards as we left and entered the hotel lobby; and were working in an unsafe way ( e g one man up a ladder, in the doorway with no one protecting the ladder, or helping us get Passed. There were loose cables left in walk ways; no warning signs or advice

I shall not book again, even thoughthe staff was veery, very nice and friendly

Minibar was empty, No wter in the room.The hotel was without athmosphere. Room small. After all it is supposed to be a four star establishment. Noisy.

Superb

I was lucky to meet very friendly staff. Was very hapy to the get the room with the balcony. And Sauna deserves additional good words. It exceeded my expectations - modern, clean, several different types of saunas, room to rest and a bucket you get two enter it with towels, flip-flops and bathrobe.

Breakfast choice could have bigger variaty, but is not bad.
