Good for a stay to also visit the center

Good parking place inside the yard. Walking distance to the city center, about 10-15 min. Great restaurant at about 5 min from the hotel. Clean room with a small mini bar. Good, basic breakfast.

Pretty warm during the summer and the air conditioning is not well positioned as it directed towards the beds making it difficult to leave it on during the night.

A convenient, comfortable hotel, not far from the centre.

The room was nicely equipped, very clean and comfortable. Parking at the hotel backyard was very convenient. The staff was friendly. The hotel was located about 10 minutes walk to the centre.

There was a big noise of aircos outside. We could not open the window for some fresh air.

Quiet street, abour 10 minutes from the station, nice hotel.

The breakfast was rather basic unforthunately. The receptionist ,a young girl who spoke excellent was extremely helpful, and recommended a good restaurant for me to visit before I went to the football.

Exceeded expectations

The girls and lady on reception on Saturday daytime and evening were absolutely LOVELY, so kind and helpful, as was the lady doing housekeeping! Honestly, I have stayed in countless hotels and B&Bs, and they were really were some of the nicest staff members I've encountered. They even let us eat our takeaway pizzas on their cafe terrace and provided us with plates and cutlery! The room, bedding and towels were spotlessly clean, the mattresses were more comfortable than the ones we have at home, they provided a cot for our baby daughter to sleep in (with her own monogrammed pillow - I liked that touch), there was air-conditioning, a mosquito net, plenty of space for our things and a rack for our luggage, downstairs had a cafe-bar (open 6am-10pm) with a patio, and the parking was plentiful (some spaces in front of the hotel and some spaces behind it). Also, we noticed that they do allow well-behaved dogs to stay, for a fee. The area outside is mostly quiet, green and tree-lined, and a 10-15 min walk to the city. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're definitely going to return next year, for longer than 1 night, to really explore and appreciate beautiful Szekesfehervar better. Thank you again!!

Nothing, though the room we had would have been a bit tight squeeze if our daughter had been a hulking great teenager or adult - but as it was, we were fine!

It’s very clean and very helpful staff. They all speak English very well. Very good size room. They kept our luggage for the day after check out.

Professional staff, quiet place, comfy room, good breakfast. Also, the flexibility and the entire communication process with the hotel reception when making, cancelling, modifying reservations. It was our third time here. We'll come back again, for sure.

Nice town, nice hotel!

Not at the first stay here. A very good and chic hotel. Nice and jumpy staff. Very good breakfast. Parking facilities, generous terrace. Quality / price ratio changed from last stay, but is a general trend in Hungary. Nice city, close to Budapest.

We were able to store our bikes in a secure place in the hotel. The room is spacious and there are tables outside were you can sit (we had dinner here).

We had to ask for the air conditioning remote control, it was not given to us during check in. Room 6 window gives on the parking where people can see you. There is no curtain for the shower.

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly and tried their best.

Fist room bed was squeaky and hardly any soap in bathroom. After changing room we had a leaking shower which flooded the bathroom. No soap in the holder and the dispenser was full with water instead.

Good, nice Hotel, will come again

First evening welcome was a great experience. Passionate young lady did my checking and explained everything.

Checkout, young guy, not well dressed, white tshirt and jeans and sneakers. I would expect at least a dresshirt as a side note from my side. Nice but quiet voice.

- The hotel is located close to the railway station, and to the center also. - The staff is polite and helpful.

Online communication is really pour: - sauna is listed as service, however it was out of order, which is very annoying. - the new very stupid policy was communicated only at the reception: every! guest should provide their official id or driving license, otherwise they can not stay at the hotel. In addition: - The bed was uncomfortable for my son. - The shower gel was at very low level, or the container did not worked properly, it was very difficult to get a even a little amount of gel.
