OK für eine Nacht in Zentrumsnähe

Hotel und Zimmer waren ok, Lage im Zentrum ist gut, rühstück war etwas mager.

Leider Hotel wegen umfangreicher Bauarbeiten am und um das Gebäude nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen.

Enttäuschend!

Mir hat gefallen, dass man vor Ort bezahlen konnte und nicht im vorraus bezahlen musste. Die Lage war super für uns und die Angestellten waren super freundlich, abgesehen vom Chef.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und die Sterne nur noch Fassade. Das Personal war super freundlich, aber dem Chef sollte man nicht über den Weg laufen. Bloß nicht den Kaffee aus einem mitgebrachten Becher trinken - was im unfreundlichsten Ton geblafft wurde. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit gab es nicht mal für 2 Fahrräder, obwohl im Essensraum die Räder der Bediensteten abgestellt wurden und der Benz (wahrscheinlich auch vom Chef) die Eingangstür versperrte. Das Frühstück war so widerlich und billig. Alles aufgewärmter Fertigfraß - super ekelig. Pulverrührei lauwarm im Wasserbad - was soll das sein Leude? Brötchen - die eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende nicht nachgelegt werden - waren pappig und billig. Frühstück war schlimm!!! Die Duschen waren optisch extrem keimig - da hilft auch kein Putzen mehr, nur noch Sanierung. Wir sind vom Fach, es geht hier nicht ums Schlechtreden. Alle Fugen der Duschwanne waren porös und verkeimt und die unteren Heizrippen der Handtuchheizung rostig unterm Lack - das blüte und quoll wie bei einem Boiler, der seit den 70ern in Betrieb ist auf einem Expeditionsschiff. Flure und Eingang waren ganz schick und sauber, aber hier und da war immer wieder Pfusch zu sehen. Der hinduistische Brunnen im Essensraum war mit riesigen Baumarktwinkeln befestigt (hätte man noch verschalen können). Die Laune des Chefs und die dazugehörige Unfähigkeit ein zentrales Hotel in Schwung zu halten und wirklich, das Frühstück war eine Farce für den Preis, hinterlässt alles keinen tollen Eindruck. Der Preis ist leider zu teuer dafür. Wir sagen Danke für die Erfahrung, aber dieses Hotel besuchen wir nie wieder.

Great hotel, lots of choice for breakfast, good air- conditioning, very comfortable beds and good location for train sta

Building work around the property, but this don’t be put off as this definitely didn’t spoil our stay at this lovely hotel.

Made exception for car parking ..

For a 4star hotel...it needs a bit more TLC...and improvement of car parking for the amount off rooms the hotel has. It's not nice to get to hotel after a long drive and check in ...only to find there is no parking at hotel.

The position, it is very close to the city centre but in a quiet street The staff has been very helpful and kind The room was comfortable and clean

The parking was not available (I was informed by email about this possibility); and also due to some construction work in the area it might have been a problem but with the help of the staff (and a little luck) we found a perfect parking in the street. The hotel doesn't look like a "standard" 4 star hotel : it has not a big hall and rooms are not that big but in any case it was very good for our purposes and we had a nice stay.

Disappointing

Location is good Staff attitude and cooperation is excellent

There was no complimentary water available in the room. If one need water to take medicine he has to pay. The bathroom light had some problem it got off after few seconds to get on when i was using was room I was doing that on off practice regularly.

Great place to return SIXT rental car and fly home

Good breakfast with breakfast sausages and scrambled eggs. Quiet room, in city location,with lots of restaurants in the area.

View from the room is a construction site but being on the 5th floor, it really was not a problem. Road to hotel is partially closed because of road work. Parking costs 15 euros.
