great staff. Room was functionable. Breakfast was fine. Location was awesome.

We are Hyatt Globalists, so we always get upgrades. Of course, I know this is not a Hyatt, so no upgrade, but it sucks if you get upgraded 98% of your stays and then not at 2%. Not blaming the hotel. They were great

great relaxing experience on the lake

gorgeous location in a quieter part of the lake with both a pool and a beach at a reasonable rate. seems like the best option at this price point. we loved it. room was comfortable, terrace was great, huge breakfast, and staff was fantastic and friendly.

once all the rooms are remodeled, it’ll be even more comfortable

Unbeatable view

The large balcony was exceptional with a view the length of the lake, Very easy to find with free parking right outside. A short walk (about five minutes) to Gravedona to the ferry and numerous restaurants there and also at Domaso

Expensive - but good location and facilities justified

Nice Hotel with good facilities (which I didn't need as only staying one night) - so I guess that justifies the price.

There's rarely access to any English speaking TV channels, or even subtitles, in France or Italy - but I was surprised to find that here the ONLY channels accessible were German!

Long weekend city break

The location is great and the views are amazing. The staff are friendly and approachable. The room was fit for purpose and manageable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Superb

Beautiful position on Lake Como, short walk to the ferry station. Good advice given by staff about the ferry times and choice. Nice evening walk along the shore to the next village for food and drink. Great views across the lake from the balcony.

No tea or coffee in the room.

A "winner" on Lake Como.

Clean, comfortable, parking, large balcony, great view. Good breakfast and dinner on site. Wonderful path along the lake front available from the hotel. My wife and I look forward to returning.

We loved every second of our stay.

The location, right on Lake Como, was fantastic. We had a lake front room with a large balcony/terrace, which gave us a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. With few restaurants nearby, the onsite restaurant, with a varied menu, made dining easy. I will recommend Hotel Regina to all my friends looking for a beautiful vacation spot on Lake Como.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely due to the beautiful location and the very kind and attentive staff.

We chose this hotel because of the advertised lakefront location and access, and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed hanging out on the lakeside terrace and also walking on the lakeside walkway. Also, we checked in the first night after the restaurant had closed for the evening, but the front desk offered to coordinate with the chef to stay late so that we could have a light meal. The food was beautifully prepared and very delicious, as were the breakfasts and the other dinner meals we ate on site.

Because of the very prompt attentiveness of the staff, we had no real complaints. The room heater wasn’t working, but the night staff immediately provided a space heater that made the room temperature quite comfortable. (We were there early April and it was the hotel’s opening week for the season.) That said, the shower wasn’t caulked at the bottom and, if not careful when showering, it was easy to get water all over the bathroom floor.

Very good location, pool and beach on site (only water boots are needed on the lake), excellent breakfast, friendly service. Beautiful view from the balcony. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Great place for dinner. I would love to come back:)

Superb

Perfect location. Amazing lake and mountain view from the room. We could actually enjoy watching even heavy rain and thunderstorm sitting on the balcony nice and dry. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our dog, which was no problem at all.

Beautiful View and Location directly by the Lake

Our stay was very pleasent, the staff was friendly and the room was amazing! The terasse had a stunning view on the lake and enough space for two beach chairs. The pool and dining area outside is directly at the lake. The hotel is perfect for everyone that likes to swim or to do stand up paddling. I would totally recommend the facility.

The facility was already a bit older but still in top maintenance.
