Great hotel and friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Eden. Great location, right beside main square in Sirmione, so very handy for restaurants and ferries, terrace is right on the lake. About a 5 min walk from entrance to the old town. The hotel is impeccably clean and modern, room cleaned every day. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel and the area. Really great breakfast selection as well.

Great location, very very good breakfast enjoyed this, staff were good and accomodating. Particularly liked the bar staff and morning kitchen servers. Clean rooms.

The beds were not comfortable and we were freezing the entire time bed sheet wise. We finally discovered a duvet but between 2 single beds does not go far. Usually there are blankets provided. We opened a window for 5 minutes in bathroom and was then infested by mosquitos. I had to kill them before we slept that night. I can't imagine what summer must be like. Hotel could be modernised a bit further. Front office staff could be a little friendlier if I had to give further feedback.

highly recommend we just had a previous hotel in Venice as direct comparison! loved Garda and sirmione and Italy!

excellent location, close to ferry port, overlooking the lake! breakfast was amazing and staff were super helpful!

some aspects of the room looked a little tired and maybe needed an update! shower felt stuck in a corner!

Mostly very pleasant

Generally very nice, good location, good breakfast although we had some noisy neighbours and were woken up by things going on outside (building works, bin collections etc) so the rooms could be better sound proofed. There were also quite a few bugs in the room.

The location is fabulous; the room was clean and spacious enough, and the service was splendid.

The location is horrible when it comes to driving. It is situated in a limited-traffic area that is quite busy with pedestrians, dogs etc. It's probably better to park outside the old town walls or arrive by ferry, which I did not do. Caused a bit of stress.

Room was clean but View was poor. Noisy..dustbin men had no regards for hotels surrounding. Breakfast was ok but to standard for a 4 star. Did not even have waffles or omelette. Ask if I could have an omelette and staff were hesitant to even speak to me and refused but gave me a boiled egg which was not boiled

Excellent stay. Probably one of the best stays we had in Italy over 4 weeks.

The hotel was great value. Enjoyed the outdoor breakfast area and drinks in the evenings over looking the lake. Breakfast was excellent and staff were nice to chat with. The hotel provided bicycles without charge. Great for site seeing.

The best hotel at the best location in Sirmione. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and cosy room with great lake view, perfect and tasty breakfast at the lake-view restaurant..very clean and very comfortable room.
