The closeness to the beach
no value for money
no facilities/restaurants/bar family friendly in the whole resort
excessive loud and disturbing music played most of the afternoon till early evening from a beach “club” next to the bagaglino beach

Great location, expansive grounds and large rooms. A great value!
Could use some updates and a pool. There’s more than enough room for one!

It is very well located. The most valuable thing was the nice terrace with sea-view with small garden connection.
You could feature a movie with a novelist getting away from the world’s noise and write its new novel.

Balcony is perfect. Location is also great. Apartment is huge.
Room was a bit old, nothing unbearable but i was expecting more from the pictures that were displayed. Also apartman was a bit smelly not sure if they didnt open window before our arrival or it was just this old smell. I would expect more accesories in kitchen - at least some soap or a spongebob.
We didnt try breakfast because it was too expensive and not that special.

Beautiful location! The view was amazing!
They could have provided coffee.

The staff was first and foremost very welcoming. The room/apartment we stayed in had a terrace with a great view to wake up to, and was exceptionally spacious for 2. Very comfortable, clean and charming.
We loved the place but the only thing i would have changed would be the throw over the bed. Would have preferred a duvet.

WE have stays in this property a year before as well. When we arrived we were given nice big room, however we did not liked the location. Last year we stayed in the part of the hotel close to the beach and we did not know the other part not so close is the same hotel. We have been told, that as we did not provided comment at the time of reservation we were not put to the closer part. However they have been able relocate us to the exact same room as year before the next morning. Since we have stayed longer this was very much appreciated and I was very happy they were able to accommodate to our needs
The fact that if you want to stay close to beach you need to let them know in advance. If I was in the part not so close to the beach I would never come back again.

Excellent location; the apartment was spacious and super clean; very good AC. We were hesitant to book this property as we read some comments in the past that mentioned that it was not in good condition. It was quite the opposite; very nice and safe environment; great customer service. Very good breakfast; would definitely come back.

The appartment was really spacious and comfortable. We got an upgrade so we had an appartment overlooking the sea! We liked that there was a typical italian vibe in the rooms. The kitchen was well equiped and there was a lot of closet space.
The location was great, we were very near to the best beaches and only 15 minutes drive to most places we wanted to visit. The beach in front of the hotel was also nice with sunbeds and a small kiosk to buy some refreshments. And last but not least; overall friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. So great experience!
For us it was totally fine but there are quite some steps. If you are not fit I would suggest requesting an appartment that is less high on the hill. Staff in the restaurant and beach bar seemed somewhat distracted. Pizza on our first night was not what I expected, would not recommend to eat at the restaurant.

The proximity to their private beach, the view from the balcony, breakfast included.
This was our first trip to Sardinia. We stayed 12 days across 3 resorts. This was our last stop before heading home and it sadly ended on a very poor note. I write reviews honestly and have had rave reviews thus far, until our stay here. I respect the different culture and norms in place when it comes to other countries' ways of doing things, but there are a few non-negotiables that I believe should be expected across all borders.
1. The decor was older, not updated, but true to past Sardinian styles. Old furniture, small TV, lamps without shades, old box AC units on the wall.
2. THE BEDS WERE THE HARDEST AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE we have ever slept on. We informed the staff, they offered a mattress topper. It didn't cut it. They hauled up another mattress plus the topper, it was acceptable but barely. Night 1, my husband slept on the hard sofa and got maybe 2 hours of back breaking sleep. Literally.
3. AC leaked in both the master and living room. Drip, drip drip goes the condensation when you're trying to sleep or keep your floors and furniture dry. Maintenance came yet again, this time with buckets and water poured out of the ACs.
3. BUGS infested the walls and the ceiling in the master, which was my last straw. Only 24 hours into our stay and we had multiple issues with beds, AC, and now bugs. I sent photos to the office and they offered to try to remedy the situation by moving us. We didn't want to pack up after 24 hours in the hot humidity on our way to my husband's bday dinner... we wanted a decent room, bug-free. We toured 3 other options and decided on moving. But wait! There's more.... we stated we will move but the mattress topper has to come along. The new mattress was terrible as well. They claimed no one was there past 6pm to move it. We said screw it, we will do it. So in our best dinner attire, we are stripping the bedding, loading a heavy topper into the car and drove it to the new room to redo the bed ourself.

The location, architecture, landscape, proximity to the its own beach
Not much to do in or around the hotel, cafes and bars were closed. Hotel was still under renovation. Too much construction noise.

The room was big equipt with a kitchenette and we also had daily cleaning which was very nice.
The room smelled like old furniture and the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable (way too soft) but this is more a personal preference.

We loved the garden, and the fact that at the end of it there was our private secluded beach. Breakfast was great, and we have encountered a friendly staff.
Our stay was too short, we should have booked it for longer

The staff were amazing and made sure that we were looked after as soon as we got off the plane, even late in the evening; they also gave numerous recommendations on local sights and activities. The room itself was clean and spacious with a nice view down to the beach below.
The bedroom door wouldn't close unless locked which was slightly inconvenient.

The location is excellent. Close to lots of beaches and restaurants (within 5 minutes by car). Room was very big and clean. Lovely shower.
The room we had was very dark and the terrace had no chairs.

Very clean, upgraded to a sea view which was lovely. staff were really accommodating, friendly and helpful with everything.
A very dusty smell in the room, but I didn’t see any dust and it was very very clean.

Nice spacious apartment. Lovely view from balcony. Good location for great beaches.
Small, ill equipped kitchen. Poorly soundproofed rooms, we could hear the people above clearly talking, walking, moving furniture, toilet flushing etc.

Wonderful apartment, spacious, with great panoramic terrace.
Special thanks to the administrator Marija .😘
Air conditioners are very noisy... maybe only in the " Ginepri" housing.
