A very bad old hotel. The furniture is dilapidated and the bed mattresses are not clean at all .
The reception staff are polite .
Their internet is not free haha .
Noisy due to the sound of songs from the restaurant .
Not suitable for residence at all

Beautiful views , very nice pool area with a good bar and friendly staff . The outdoor restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast section is very good.
Only criticism is that the rooms are very dated with very basic furniture and could be better cleaned.

The view was great and the breakfast was not to bad. It is close to the beach. The room was ok.
The room could have done with a good clean in the bathroom. The beach was nice but the steps down to it were in need of repair and could do with being made easier to get up and down.

Great location on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean sea and had own private beech which was great. The resort facilities are great with big pool and plenty of sun chairs.
The room was small outdated and old and not what I expected for the money paid. If they upgraded the rooms to match the resort feel the rating would be much higher. Paid for the Wifi it was adequate but you could only have one of your devices connected at once which was annoying and not good for me.
The main attraction of this place is the pool / outdoor restaurant over looking the Mediterranean .
The room. Don't expect too much. Staff and English language do not mix.

Nice view from garden, and balcony, quiet location but at the same time far away from city. Close to the airport, Duden Park and Waterfall, Nice little private beach, good breakfast, clean rooms.
Opposite the hotel, there was a somewhat abandoned construction site full of dogs. you couldn't go to the bus station safely so you need every time to take a taxi to go into the town.

Good location, beautiful view, small but nice private beach, good selection of breakfast
smell of the bathroom was terrible, and very thin wall that you can hear everything from the neighbors. The first night we couldn’t really sleep because one of our neighbors had room party until 1-2am, and the other room was very loud too.

location by the sea!
A double bed room turned to 3 beds which made the room very small and uncomfortable to move around!!!!
weddings ceremony were holding in Hotel’s yard and music were very loud interfering with our sleep till 2 : 00 AM!!!!!!
In the hot/ humid weather, the Refrigerator in our room was not working, we reported to front desk persons x 3 but they ignored our request!!!!
Majority of staff members were not friendly or helpful.
There was one slow elevator with 3 persons capacity for entire Hotel services and guests!!
Most of front desk staff did not speak English fluently and we had a hard time to communicate with!!
There was no tissue paper or Iron in the rooms.

To Be Honest The Best Part Of The Hotel Was The Receptionest His Name Was Ozhan He Was The Best Always Happy To See Us And Always Ready To Help Us And To Get Us What Ever We Needed Best Greetings To Him Honestly
The Manager Of The Hotel Was Really Bad When It Came For Us Asking Him For A Extra Bed He Charged Us For A Whole New Room Only Cus We Asked For One Extra Single Bed I Really Hope He Could Change His Attitude

Relaxing place to say I was amazing food and very good for you

beach was nice, but breakfast was not great as i would have expected to be better as to where location is, when ordered food it seemed like the pizzas were frozen and had been thrown just in the oven.
that we had to pay for our wifi, and that we had no hot water and staff did not understand when told them there was no water in the bathroom, and nothing was offered as an alternative or refunded back for the inconvenience.

view from the balcony was breathtaking
breakfast was good
I was allowed to check in earlier and leave the hotel late on the day of my departure- just needed to vacate my room
lobby interior was very modern and relaxing
I had quite a lot of ants in my bathroom and it seemed like they were coming to my bathroom to die :/ as I cleaned it before going to bed and in the morning there were many dead or half dead ants again:/ but good think there were no ants in the room itself or on the balcony - just in the bathroom which is quite weird as I was in the top floor in the middle of the hotel - why did they choose my room? or maybe they were in every room.
and the hotel beach was quite dirty with plastic etc and only had 2 broken sun beds - maybe I was there before the season started :) but that meant that at some point I was the only person on that beach. that was quite cool

İn special the food
And friendly staff
6.3
The location is great, it's right next to duden waterfall (literally 2 minute walk), the staff was super nice and helpful!
Rooms are basic, but cleaning available everyday which is great.
View from the room is beautiful.
All the rooms are sea view, but when booking here you pay more for sea view. Which feels unfair.
The spa was closed because it only opens May onwards, that should've been mentioned for customers.
