Trevligt hotell, men säkerhet är kanske deras främsta gebit.

En riktigt bra terrass med bra utsikt. Ok restaurang på hotellet. Bra Wi-Fi

Branddörrar blockerade i öppet läge med träkil. Borttagna stängningsfunktioner på branddörr. Överlastslarm som larmade varje gång man steg in i hissen eller när den stannade på ett våningsplan.

Breath-taking view

Breath-taking view from balcony. We had a confortable and quiet room with a king size bed. Staff welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Anyway everything was excellent

Superb

Beautiful renovated hotel in the centre of town. We especially liked our sea facing room with windows on all sides and a gorgeous terrace with chairs and table. The bathroom was especially spacious. Comfortable bed. We had a tasty breakfast with a view. Thank you for a great stay 😁

I liked everything about this hotel. The location. The friendly and welcoming staff. The nearby beach. The fantastic breakfast spread. The big bedroom. The view from the bedroom. I find it hard to find fault with anything...!

don’t book it!

location is great

the staff is extremely unfriendly and not client focused. the bath door broke and they didn’t repair, all pieces in the bathroom were in decay, the water was either too hot or too cold and when asked the staff they were not empathetic at all. I wouldn’t go back again, this hotel is a 2 star maximum!

Very pretty floor decor. Free available parking in front of hotel entrance. Room with sea view. Good size bathroom.

Relatively small room for a seaside location. Toilet seat was unhinged on one side. In the minibar there was an open drink can from a previous guest which indicates that the fridge was not checked or cleaned. I didn't touch anything.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

Santa Caterina Hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s not good value for the money it costs, it has a central location but the hotel is run down, maybe this was a 4 star hotel in the ‘60s but it has been poorly maintained. Our room had rust in the tub, all the pieces in the bathroom were falling down, the ceiling was lifted in one area to accommodate the shower. The room was very damp, and in the hotel corridor you could smell food during the day and an awful garbage smell during the evenings/nights. The receptionist also tried to upgrade me to a superior room for a fee the week before, and at check in she told me I sounded annoyed by her call, you couldn’t use the terrace unless you would book and pay for their spa services. I highly recommend a training for most staff, as they clearly lack the basics of accommodation etiquette. No COVID measures in place for breakfast at all apart from the staff wearing masks, guests had to touch literally everything. None ever asked us for our green pass. I would never book this hotel again.

Absolutely recommended!

I had a room with direct view to the sea. Awesome! The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the personnel very friendly and helpful. And moreover, the location of the hotel is very good, in the heart of Palinuro, but no noise at night.

The courtesy of the staff. The location (if you are into good croissants, the bar with a terrace next door has something for you).

Breakfast wasn’t amazing. Bath tub faucet didn’t work (had to use shower mode). Evening noise from a washing machine upstairs, and from an loud AC unit out the window.

the staff has been very attentive to our needs and has provided us with valid proposals for visiting and living palinuro and its surroundings

room and bathroom had some defects that could be easily managed (a broken tent, peeled walls)
