Increíble calidad-precio

Nos gustó mucho la habitación, muy espaciosa con una cama doble muy cómoda. Pudimos refrescarnos dándonos un baño en la piscina...y el desayuno fue la guinda del pastel.

Calidad cama, facilidad checkin.

Aislamiento sonoro, en la habitación de al lado había personas muy maleducadas y chillando demasiado lo que dificultó el sueño En la parte no descubierta de la piscina se acumulan vapores de los productos químicos y el aire pica al respirar

Cómodo y tranquilo.

La habitación familiar es enorme y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno buffet es bastante variado y la piscina cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Además, el aparcamiento estaba incluido en el precio. Lo recomendaría.

Camarero poco amable

La no atención del camarero en el desayuno. Persona poco amable , se nota que no hace su labor con dedicación. No esperamos atención de servir, solo amabilidad en las preguntas y dudas que uno pueda tener. Es para que el personal responsable lo tenga en cuenta.

Localização Bem cuidado Confortável Estacionamento gratuito

- A opção para escolha de tipo de cama estava disponível, mas o pedido não foi satisfeito; - Só um dos lados tinha tomada disponível; - Falta de informação essencial no check-in e pouca proatividade; - O acesso ao estacionamento coberto (piso -2) não é fácil. Aconselho visitar antes de entrar na garagem. - O pequeno almoço fica um pouco aquém do que se espera em 4*; - Ginásio com equipamentos enferrujados.

Luces y muchas sombras

La ubicación está muy bien. El hotel cuenta con parking gratuito, lo que es muy cómodo y la habitación era amplia.

La colcha de la cama y el tapizado del pequeño sofá estaban llenos de manchas perceptibles a primera vista y bastante ajados. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero rotas y viejas. Un aspecto descuidado y lamentable en general.

Very good

The first room that we were offered was on the top floor. The room was big and quite comfortable but had some disadvantages. The AC was not efficient and very loud. Apart from that it was extremely loud in the room due to the fact that there were fans from AC on the roof that caused noise that prevented us from sleep the whole night. Very helpful employee found us in the morning a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Lovely hotel but no signposting

Lovely dining area on 4th floor

Very poor. For my handicapped wife because access is either via steps or a ramp with rutted paving stones, this is an obstacle course for push walkers!!

A luxurious overnight stay.

The hotel was easy to locate from our direction of travel and was a beautifully presented classic building. The free parking was a great bonus as there was little parking available in the immediate area. It is well located, with the city Centre only a few minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel with attentive staff but some touches are missing

We had a junior suite - great space with a sitting area as well as a large bed. We had dinner when we arrived - with personal service as no one else was there so early (8pm is early in Spain). They couldn't have been more helpful, adjusting the menu to suit our foibles. The free underground car park is a bonus.

Signposting was seriously lacking - we struggled to find the dining room the first evening and the breakfast room next morning, having to ask reception both times. Breakfast was disappointing: the orange juice was more like squash; there ddn;t seem to be any cold milk for cereals; there was none of the normal selection of fruit salads.
