The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was on a 5th floor overlooking the pool and the sea. The room had also a balcony with a table and 2 sun beds. I had also breakfast included and even though I'm vegan, I did find many options. One night I also had dinner at the hotel and there were also many options. The staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful. I was also provided with a beach towel that I could replace every day if I wanted. If you go with a car, you also have the option to pay EUR10 per day to park in the hotel garage. When I was there, it wasn't yet that crowded but it was already quite hard to find public parking.
Only negative thing I can say is that I wish I had stayed longer.

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional receptionist, Fabio, who truly made my stay remarkable. His attentiveness and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were evident throughout my stay by also providing personalised recommendations, helping me make the most of my visit.
I must also say all other staff members (except of one whom name I don‘t want to put on the internet) took time to engage friendly conversations, creating welcoming atmoshpere that made me feel like a valued guest. Definitely important to mention, everyone‘s positive energy was contagious, which I needed after a stressful period at work.
You all are true superstars - thank you so much for creating an extraordinary stay! I will be back again!!

I had asked if a bottle of wine be put in my mum's room as a welcome surprise and this was done without any problems at all. This was then surpassed when a few days later on my mum's birthday the hotel staff had placed a bottle of Champagne outside my mum's room waiting for her on our return from a nice day out in Bentacuria (also a place recommended to us by the hotel staff).
I had asked for our rooms to be near to each other and we were given adjoining rooms with a through door to access each others room and this was a very handy thing to have over the course of the week!
The pool area is beautiful and the pool itself is perfect. The bar and stage area are great for entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfy.
For me the gym isn't up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. It was far too hot, with no air conditioning. There isn't a wide range of equipment and the equipment itself is dated and unsafe with some pieces missing here and there. The range of weights didn't go high enough and I never thought I'd ever hear myself saying they weren't heavy enough.

Restaurant and bar staff very professional.
Good variety of dishes.
Heated outside pool.
Excellent location in a touristic village with beautiful sceneries and sports infrastructures.
All inclusive package very satisfying.
Perfect silence in night-time.
Some things gave the impression of a "cheap" mentality:
-Charging 15€ pp per day for the use of internal pool (it would cost a family 500€ more per stay). As a result it was empty all day. However it was one of our criteria to choose the hotel. I suppose our fault that we didn't examine carefully their offer. But good to know for people that desire to reserve in the future.
-Charging 3€ per bottle of water that was not in the mini-bar. These bottles are usually complimentary in all similar hotels. They chose to charge even when having an all inclusive package.
-Fitness oldish. No towels.
-Room making was a mesh. Usually we ask for a towel change during our stay for ecological reasons. However when we kindly asked the lady to change for us only two towels, as she had left them in a different place after cleaning the room, she was very disagreeable.... As if we asked for a personal favour. Moreover our room was next to the technical local and we could not enjoy a siesta ιn the afternoon during our whole stay because of the noise.

comfortable...Good breakfast and room staff
the spa was cold and the clientele old and uncool

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and daughter who is 4 years old. It was our 10th wedding anniversary holiday so obviously expectations were very high. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and professional.
Check-in/check-out is quite smooth although some of the staff at the reception did not understand English very well.
The outdoor pool is really clean and nice, even though it was last week of December we could still use it when the outside temperature is more than 22.
The dinner buffet is much better compared to breakfast and lunch, they keep different menu and I really enjoyed their grills.
The bar is really good, they offer decent selection of cocktails and beers and the ambiance is perfect to spend your evening.
I had paid for all inclusive, really liked their dinner menu, but the lunch and breakfast appeared to be poor quality.
They charge 10 EUROs per day for a narrow parking space which is not reasonable, I used it first couple of days then shifted to off street parking as getting in and out was a hassle.
Using indoor pool costs you 15 EURO per person which is not reasonable, especially when weather is not helpful to use outdoor pool.

The hotels staff are very welcoming and go out their way to help, truly an asset.
Hotel is cocooned in a great central location yet not noisey.
Food was very tasty, we had an all inclusive stay and food and drink choice was great.
No big complaints, a little smell of smoke down corridors and lacklustre hairdryer, but that’s being picky.
4.5
Clean and comfortable room. Attentive and friendly staff. Large pool area with plenty sun loungers. Good breakfast selection. Really enjoyed the spa.
Our room was directly above the bar/entertainment area so it was noisy until 11pm/midnight each night. Worth consideration, and request a room in a quieter part of the hotel if an issue.

Dinner at restaurant was excellent, with dishes changing every night -their paella and jamon with melon was the best i ever tried. Breakfast was standard everyday, but very good (eggs, bacon, ham, salads, cereal, maybe 20 kinds of bread and cheeses). Spa and pool was very nicely designed, and water was just the perfect temperature. Gym was good with good range of free weights. Hotel was next to very nice beach, and right in middle of shopping belt and mini supermarket nearby. Entrance to hiking trail to pico de zarzia (highest mountain point in fuerteventura) was within walking distance (but please do research before embarking), and morro jable can be reached in 20 minutes of casual walking. Every room seemed to have a balcony which was will designed. Every night at 9 pm, they have a nice music performance that rotates daily to a different genre weekly (although i was usually too jet lagged to actually attend).
Their sink taps designed for only on and off mode, and their on mode water pressure is very strong (ie waste of water), despite the 'green' credentials that they are claiming. Also, the wc also only has a single full flush mode that uses a lot of water. The shower does not have a door to close, meaning you do feel restricted about where your shower head is pointing towards to not wet the floor. A few pieces of gym accessories for the equipment were missing. Their shower features in the spa (which were otherwise very nice - i tried it the first day) stopped working on the second day and was not fixed by the time i left (i stayed 5 nights). The beach next to the lighthouse while being as close as possible, is still quite a distance away, and due to the unique lagoon landscape and protected sea grass patches, means you need to cross (up to knee height) saltwater in order to get to the sand, i.e you can't just walk over after dinner (although nothing the hotel can do about it). Also, for dinner, men must wear long pants, which was a bit annoying. Lighting buttons in the bedrooms was a bit arcane to figure out and could have been better designed for ease of use.

This hotel has one of the best and most helpful stuff we ever met during our travels. They really made everything possible to help us. We couldn't be more happy with our choice. We were a group of 13 people and they made us 2 times special late dinner buffet, special super early breakfast, free late check out, free conference hall usage for our needs and also many other things to support us in any way. The food was amazing, the rooms are comfortable with big terrace , with amazing views, everything was just amazing and super smooth, full assistance 24/7 really one of the best from our travels and believe me we have travel all around the world in many hotels, Good job guys, we love you and will come back again next time: Special thanks to the manager, Fabio and Ivan : )
All my best,

property very clean, beautiful views and very cheerful staff
very good deserts but their food was not to standard. The small of cigarettes as you enter the hotel and hotel lounge. They need to change their smoking area or policy on smoking.
4.5
Breakfast was fine, staff was really helpful. Kept the whole "show" smoothly running and clean.
We do have to work a little even on our vacation and the wifi was simply not reliable enough. In a modern, 21st century 4**** hotel I do expect perfect internet connection.

Very big room, comfortable bed. Facilities are good, but the spa needs a little updating. The outdoor pool is very pleasant , plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast and dinner has a great selection. The location is excellent, he hotel is right across the beach and plenty of shops and bars nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful .
The spa needs an update, the spa pool is not fully functioning. The water in the jacuzzi is cold . The music at lounge in the evenings is very loud.

Walking distance to the beach. The Hotel is very beautiful & comfortable offering many amenities. The main pool anf gym pool is just awesome. The staff are very helpful and friendly. All of the hotel and rooms were very clean. Definately I would go back and recommend this hotel to person's visiting the island.

It's very quiet and the pool is very clean. Breakfast is nice too.
There is not much facility for children, it's more about an adult hotel.

Food and drink was great quality, fantastic waitered service. The hotel and pool side was an oasis. All facilities were spotless.
Gym could have been a bit better, however i spend most of the break sunbathing! :)

The room was beautifully refurbished, with a lovely view of the pool. The bed was super comfy. The pool was just as I had hoped for, sparkling clean and the food was excellent, especially the chocolate fountain on my first night!
I can't think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. The only difficulty I had was finding it as I assumed it had its own driveway outside the entrance. I was not expecting to find it 'on the High Street' and finding a nearby car parking space would be hit and miss in busy periods. I was lucky and found one almost opposite on the far side of the dual carriage way. Wheeling luggage from the car to the entrance was not easy due to the various road/pavement surfaces.

Location was excellent 2k from Morro Jable centre , 500m from beach.
Nice pool area, plenty of sun loungers and good pool.
Staff were excellent , very friendly and helpful.
Bar area at night had a good atmosphere. Nice bar.
Room with sea view .
Would stay again.
Minor issues thar would not put me off booking hotel again:
Extra charge for safe .
Water in rooms was also an extra charge.
Mostly quiet but sound from nearby venues late into the night on Fridays and Saturday.
Could have supplied more shampoo and shower gel.
Hotel is a little jaded , bathrooms in particular could use a refurbishment.
Breakfast was ok , nothing special .
Some mornings there was a strong smell in the room that must have come from the kitchen , the room was not too near the kitchen , not sure if it came in via air conditioning system.
Toilets have the loudest flush ever!
Room door did not always close properly.
4.5
the lovely food , the friendly staff and the great location.
The gym needed attention and updating. When cycling, black paint fell off the bike onto the floor, the free weights needed to be lower for women; they started at 5 upwards. There was only one 3 lb weight alone. There were trip hazards with wires, loose flooring in the room next to the gym. One machine was missing pins to adjust the load.
I was disappointed because I was attracted to this hotel provision.
4.5
well located in front of beach, spacious nice bedrooms with balcony, nice pool and gardens, nice common areas, very good breakfast with efficient staff
Parking place is paid however there is free parking in the street, no need; ridiculous that you have to pay extra for a (small) safe…
4.5
Good location, very clean, very friendly and helpfull staff.
Nice live music evening events and a good relaxing vibe overall.
The room that we have been given was exactly on top of the bar where the live events were taking place, so it was a bit noisy starting from 21.00 o’clock.
We did not approach the reception to ask if the room can be changed so I am taking that as our fault as guests, but is good to know in case you have a light sleep:).
4.5
-Surprisingly good gym. No squat rack or pullup bar, but good free-weights, bench, dip bars and selection of upper and lower body machines
-Good sauna area. Excellent cold plunge-pool. Take flipflops as people wear outdoor-shoes in some areas
-Heated outdoor pool very comfy and sheltered from the wind
-Breakfast and dinner buffets are outstanding. Plenty of healthy options: I ate my weight in top notch fish and salad (desserts were also amazing!)
-Hotel was mostly full, but deckchairs by the pool were still easy to find
-Spotless. Hat's off to the cleaning staff
-Very spacious rooms and balconies. Plenty of space to loaf about without even leaving the room
-Pretty beach to walk along
A few odd costs to be aware of:
-€1.80 per day for rental of safe-box in the room. Not a lot... But odd that it's separate
-Half board includes drinks for breakfast, but explicitly not for dinner, not even self service tap water. To get water at dinner is an extra cost
-The free transfer from the airport for stays over 10 days mentioned on their website does not apply here. If timings line up the public bus (no10) actually stops at the door, is €10 and was very comfy (although consistently 15 mins late). The other option is €100 each way for a taxi

The pool area, bar, entertainment and the staff were really friendly. The food had a good selection most days too.
Could have spaced out more tables for couples in the restaurant. Pool bar service would be a nice improvement and you'd probably sell more! Lunch menu was perhaps a little small, maybe a few extra salads would be food e.g. Caesar Salad, Caprese salad. Would have liked a bath in the room. Fridge didnt really get very cold either.
