Günstige Übernachtung mit urigen Restaurant und guter Lage zum Flughafen.

Wir haben das Hotel für die Übernachtung vor einer Flugreise gebucht. Die Lage zum Flughafen Frankfurt ist sehr gut. Auch suchten wir ein Hotel mit Restaurant und Frühstück. Sowohl das urige Restaurant und das Frühstück entsprach unseren Erwartungen, den günstigen Preisen angemessen. Ein in der Nacht abgeschlossener Parkplatz erlaubte es uns, das Urlaubsgepäck beruhigt im Fahrzeug zu lassen.

Es gab keine Beanstandungen.

Wonderful surprise for our last night in Europe. We picked it for its proximity to the airport and ended up in an authen

The food was wonderful. We ate dinner at the Biergarten , great local cuisine, beer and wine. The included breakfast was sumptuous and beautifully presented.

Steep stairs to the room upstairs, which was difficult with a larger suitcase, though the proprietor carried mine.

Clean rooms in 200 year old building with authentic restaurant downstairs

Good opportunity to stay in a 200 year old fachwerk building with an authentic bar and restaurant at the ground floor. Food and beverage was typical tasteful German.

Rooms are basically part of an apartment upstairs, but people shouldn't expect five star amenities if choose an authentic accomodation like this.

Exceptional

So very nice people there. Anytime again. Was there for an early flight from Frankfurt airport. Good location for that. Delicious dinner (local food).

Exceptional

I can't fault this place. For the price, it was excellent. We needed a quick overnight stop as we were driving from London to Vienna, carrying a cat. It was easy to find from the motorway network. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was very nice, both dinner and breakfast, the bedrooms were basic but they had comfortable beds and hot water in the showers. Exactly what we needed.

Superb

Really lovely place with nice rooms and good wine and beer. The administrator was really welcoming and made our stay pleasant. Wifi was good, bathroom clean, beds really comfortable. We saw a mini kitchen as well probably for making coffee/tea at your own time, didn't have the time to use it. Soundproof windows. Fan during a hot day and a water bottle. The breakfast is served personally for you and there is really a lot of tasty food❤️

The pleasant mood was ruined by the cleaning lady who made us check-out an hour before the stated check out time. It's not a big problem, just exactly that day we really needed that extra hour to rest along the intensive journey.

Superb

This property had a lovely restaurant, where we had breakfast, as well as a nice beer garden.

We had a bathroom across the hall from our room, which we didn't realize when we made the reservation. Also, the hotel was a long way from the train station and airport. However, we still had a comfortable stay there.

If I ever make it back to Germany, this is definitely where I would stay.

First of all, the atmosphere of the inn itself is quant and cozy. Breakfast was way more than I expected. A lot of thought and effort went into it, and it was more than I could eat. It was actually beautifully presented, as was the delicious dinner that I enjoyed the night before. Also, With a bad back, I really enjoyed the good bed and slept like a rock, which is not something I normally do in a hotel. I love “off the beaten track” places like this, and will hopefully be back some day.

A hairdryer in my room would have been nice but maybe one would have been provided if I had asked. I can’t think of anything else I would have changed. Much nicer than a big, impersonal chain hotel.

It’s an authentic German style guest haus, modern in the areas where it counts. Well run with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was perfect.
