Absolutely nothing!
Disgusting crack den of a place! Wasn't sure if I was in a brothel or a Young Offenders Institution, did not feel safe at all! Rooms were disgustingly dirty, meals were beyond awful. Wouldn't recommend at all, stay well away! Still disgusted by it now!

Good location
Stank of cigarette smoke, was a bit run down. Shower suddenly scalded my back with very hot water - even though I had it set to a standard warmth.

The price
The bathroom looked like it had been vandalised. There was tissue paper in the loo. The walls were stained. The door didn’t shut properly.

Perfect location for our business trip. Very clean bed linen and towels. Staff were excellent. Good Wi-Fi and we didn’t have to check out until midday.
Sue was exceptionally good, Manning reception ,waiting on and general girl Friday. All with a smile.
Room smelled of smoke. Air conditioning didn’t work. It all looked a bit tired.

The sheets and towels were spotless and the bed was comfortable. The facilities were basic but adequate. The restaurant was good and fairly priced but above all the staff were so nice, helpful and friendly.
The room was incredibly hot. Decor was a little tired in places but it was clean.

Friendly and helpful night reception staff. We checked in at 10pm and our bag was taken to our room for us.
The Noon check out time was great, as we didn't want to get up early.
The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep.
Could have done with more coffee sachets in the room and perhaps a couple of biscuits as other hotels do.
Poor TV signal/reception.

Perfect location for my needs. Friendly staff
Being put in a room where someone was already in.
However, this issue was rectified really quickly.
Also, never had to pay a deposit before! Even 5 star hotels don't take £100 deposits.
Hopefully that will be refunded!

The room was nice and clean and tidy.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
To much noise from the road traffic, I asked to move rooms as the first room I was given was next door to the A127.
The next room that I was given was on the ground floor but you could still hear the traffic from the A127.
A few people outside of my room talking and smoking cigarettes till late in the evening what a very annoying when you want to go to sleep.
The remote control for the television had a mind of its own, I could have gone back to the reception and asked them to sort it out but I didn’t bother as I had quite a few emails to sort out.
The person in the next room kept arguing with himself and was very loud at times.
You had to give you credit card information and they took £100 pounds just in case you damaged the room the money was refunded if you didn’t damage the room.
This is the first time I’ve ever come across something like this .

The staff was really friendly. Unfortunately it was not possible to cancel my reservation after I saw the room. But they tried to help me.
Really old and poorly equipped hotel. It’s more like a cheap motel. Walls are thin and it’s located right next to the highway, which you can see and hear from your room. Room had a funky smell and very thin walls. The taxi driver that dropped me off told me it’s known as the „sex hotel“.
