Soggiorno da favola

La struttura è splendida(sia fuori che dentro), in una posizione veramente ottima poiché si trova in una zona centrale, vivace e piena di vita. La camera era molto bella e aveva una fantastica vista sulle mura. Abbiamo mangiato anche al ristorante degustando molti cibi tipici con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.

Bon séjour!

Hôtel très bien situé avec tout à proximité immédiate, ramparts de Xi’an, shopping mall, restaurants, transports.. propreté irréprochable et connexion internet de bonne qualité! Magnifique vue des chambres!

Malgré tous les bons points, il faut quand même savoir que dans cet hôtel on a l’impression d’être en 2002. Décorations des chambres, moquettes (bien que très propres), c’est d’une autre époque!!Une télé qui doit avoir au bas mot 12 ou 15 ans (en Chine en 2024 le seul pays au monde où une télé d’1 mètre doit valoir 120€!!) il faudrait vraiment donner un coup de jeune à cet hôtel!!

Awesome experience!

The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance

All good, just some feedback : Will be better if yr hotel hv swimming pool Piano lady should wear Hanfu dress to help promote the boutique at the lobby Would be nice if there is a lounge / bar for drinking at the ground floor

Pretty good stay but definitely had higher expectations.

Concierge staff were really friendly. Location was great - near the train station and malls.

We reached at around 2am and the entrance to the place was pitch dark - we thought the place wasn't even open for business - turns out they switch off most lights at night (even in the lobby). Breakfast was average. Towels weren't the cleanest.

Отличный отель за свои деньги, красивое лобби, есть тренажёрный зал, но к сожалению не было времени заглянуть туда. Отличное расположение отеля. Рядом станция метро и много магазинов. Также в пешей доступности городская стена.

Старый ремонт, особенно в ванной комнате. Лейка душа протекает, можно и нужно менять сантехнику! Вид с нашей комнаты выходил на рядом строящееся здание, иногда было шумно ночью. Плохая изоляция окон, продувало.

Convenient & Comfortable

I booked the hotel because of its excellent location: standing alone and spacious lawn area in front of the main building; superb traffic networks: walking distance to subway and bus stops; Friendly staff and quiet indoor places in a busy town centre.

Our stay was excellent. The location is ideal and very convenient. Staff went above and beyond to help us in every single detail. We want to acknowledge the hotel concierge, Tank, who helped us with our health codes and made sure we did not have any problems. The breakfast was really tasty, nutritious and balanced. We really enjoyed it every morning. This hotel is a truly gem in Xi'An!

Superb

The location was brilliant. Close enough to walk to the old City wall, Bell tower, Drum tower and Muslim Quarter. The staff were very helpful, and helped us book Taxi’s when needed. A few of the staff spoke English, this was a great help. The hotel were really helpful in making sure we had rooms next to each other for our family of 4.

The hotel was nice and clean, however there was a slight musty smell to the room.

Best location in Xi'An, great value.

Best location to stay in Xi'An, just outside the south gate of the old city, and conveniently surrounded by modern shopping malls with decent Western restaurants (as a nice escape from the tasty but oily Shaanxi food). The hotel is an iconic old hotel and was probably one of the only hotels suitable for foreigners 10-20 years ago. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself has good facilities including recreational rooms and a small gym.

Quick Staycation

The location is just amazing. There are lots of restaurants and bar around. Easy access to the South Gate show. A few malls around it as well.

Everything inside is old and worn out. Looks more like a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was clean but because of the lighting and tiling, it felt a bit dirty to me. The air conditioning didn’t work well and had a certain smell to it. Told the front desk about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. Still it wasn’t as cold as it should be. And the fitness centre was just a laugh.

Nice hotel, great staff, comfy, but not worth it

Attentive staff (although it was lucky we spoke Chinese). Bed was comfy. Rooms were super quiet. The games room on the top floor was fun and completely empty when we went.

The bath wasn't a spa bath as was advertised. It wasn't even a full sized bath, it was tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average

Last minute booking near city wall

Nice rooms with an amazing view on the city wall. The staff was really helpful and some staff members speak some English.

Windows are not double-layered glass so you can hear the traffic, but nothing dramatic.

Location, room decoration, staff's professionalism, restaurant, sauna, game room, gym.

The hotel was nicely refurbished, the next step could be updating the plumbing and adding double glazing windows for better sound insulation.

A very comfortable and relaxing base for exploring Xi'an.

The location was great – it's easy to walk into the walled city through the South Gate (or get the metro in), and also to get to the south of the city (and the Great Wild Goose Pagoda) by bus or metro. The room was very comfortable in every respect.

The breakfast was rather expensive, and not all the reception/concierge staff spoke English. The square outside was a little noisy (the fit/soundproofing of the windows could be improved), but it didn't disturb me too much.
