The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/c was excellent and rooms had easy to use safe boxes. The location was a couple of blocks from the main square and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Buyer Beware

The location was perfect.

Extremely unhelpful staff other than the one guy who helped us with the luggage, the first receptionist we spoke to (unfortunately didn't get anyone's names as they had left) and the server at the hotel bar. The heater was on, and it was blazing hot outside. We could not get get the AC to work, and the staff couldn't either. Horrible nights, with the windows open and people partying loudly so we could not sleep at all. Also, someone took $200 cash from the room. We didn't mention this to the staff because we had no proof other than the missing money, and honestly we knew better than to leave it in the room, but we were so tired that it slipped our minds to check until it was too late. You'd think that it would be okay at a 4* hotel, but realized that this was more like a 2* hotel. If you do end up booking here, beware!

Exceptional

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I preferred it in person vs the photos. The room they gave me looked onto a little courtyard. It was spacious and bright. The staff were all very friendly. Location was super central and close to everything (be it city center or walking to San Bernardino. Only point to note, neither here nor there but for the day the rooms get updated - might be good to add a USB port or two to the rooms for charging electronics. I was only carrying one travel adapter (my own fault really) which mean that most days I had to choose between having my phone charged or having my camera charged.

Breakfast was limited in options, especially as a vegan.

City Centre hotel, Great location.

lovely location, clean and bright. Spacious room. Buffet breakfast.

Fin de semana en salta

The hotel looks better than in the pictures! Old style but brand new. Perfectly located (you can do most of the main points by walking) and very good breakfast, heating and shower. Totally recommend it!

Excellent experience

Really lovely hotel and experience - valet parking of our car in the enclosed garage, the warm welcome, helpful and charming staff, lovely rooms and comfortable beds.

Excellent; certainly better than expected.

Everything was perfect; from the momento we arrived until the last minute of our stay there. Personnel at the reception or at the cafeteria were very efficient. They helped us to organize the visit to different museums and a musical show in the city (the particular situation with the COVID 19 during our visit, must be taken into consideration...). The hotel has several feature and services that could be considered as a 5 stars hotel.

Only the breakfast could have been better, but as indicated previously, the restrictions due to the COVID were in place there.
