Bra sentralt hotell med romslige rom og god service.

Veldig sentralt. Rommet var romslig, og sengen var komfortabel. Frokosten var bra. Personalet både i resepsjonen og restauranten var veldig hyggelige. Veldig bra at vi kunne parkere utenfor hotellet selv under Kongsberg jazz.

Vi like alt unntatt middagen. Det vi bestilte smakte ikke bra. Vi bestilte blåskjell med pomme frites. Blåskjellene hadde bismak og var tørre mens friten hadde ingen skorpe. Det virket som om de var kjøpt på nærmeste butikk og ikke fritert ordentlig. Vi var bare glad vi ikke ble syke.

Very friendly staff. Spacious room even when sofabed in use.

Hot water boiler in room was not working but was changed by staff prompt after we claimed. We would reconmend hotel staff to check function of equipment before guests arrive.

Location. Staff were lovely and the food parcel they made for us as we left before breakfast was fantastic

On a scale of 1-10, it rates a 1. One expects to be able to get a night's sleep. Epic fail.

Location is fine. There is nothing special about this hotel that would make me want to choose it over others in Kongsberg.

My room was sweltering hot. Although I had the windows open, I woke up at 0400 sweating. A very long, uncomfortable night. I won't stay there again.

Delighted with hotel, staff, breakfast. location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Superb breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent central location close to public transport - bus and train within 25 metres! Comfortable rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Possibility to eat outside. Good parking.

Overall not what one would expect from Best Western franchise

Room was clean and breakfast reasonably good but not great. Stayed just one night for sleepover.

Hotel restaurant opened only till 9pm with just average dinner. But 9:30pm start live concert (hard rock music) in the basement bar which was extremely noisy - we could even fell the vibrations in the 3rd floor).
