Great sea view from the balcony

Balcony with sea view is amazing. Kitchen was beautiful. Location and parking nearby are very handy.

All bedrooms and bathroom have windows only to inner part of the house. As a result - no fresh air at all. At this inner part of the house was also canalisation system so you would hear from you bed everytime when someone will flush his toilet.

The bathrooms were acceptable. The kitchen hobs were induction. Close to the beach. They gave us towels and bedding

The mattresses were terrible. The master bedroom was concave and could only feel springs. The other mattress was just some foam not really a mattress. Multiple apartments for 1 listing so you dont know what to expect. The cooking tools were terrible the spatulas were melted and the kitchen knife was bent rusty and not sharp. Poor appliaces, no kettle, no toaster, no coffee maker. No washing machine or ironing board. Wifi didnt reach the rooms and worked poorly in the living room.

You could not sleep normal because of the hard bed, one room had a window that can not open! It was very hot. There was a party of teenagers in the appartement above us, we complaint about it en the staff did not do anything. In the rules was said no party!! They had a party till 7 o'clock in the morning, one of them even vomited from the balcony on our balcony. The whole building did complain, but the staff stil did'nt do anything! When we said that we didn't want to stay anymore, they said they are not giving money back. Very unprofessionel. We will never come back here to this very bad appartment. And we do not recommend it to anyone.

Close to the beach, the view from the flat is impressive

We had to go to another location 15mins away from the actual apartment to pick the keys and the sheets and towel. Not ideal in general, especially for short stays. Checkout was also bad ( needed to meet in person, they came 20 minutes after the agreed time and broke our morning). The phone number in the booking doesnt work. They didnt reply neither the emails. The general experience was very bad. They could improve a lot if they'd care more, but I suspect they don't.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Don't stay here! my parents got stuck in the elevator before even getting into the apartment. it is a very small elevator and they were running out of breath. I was outside and kept calling the reception which was in another neighborhood to come to help us with the elevator. she was very relaxed , said it never happened before, and told me every time and she would say "i am coming. I'll be there shortly". i called her every 2-3 minutes for 10 minutes consistently and she was just saying "i am coming". My sister and parents were in the elevator that is really so small that is not even good for two people. my sister called and said do something dad is not feeling well and he has heart problems. so i already was in panic mode and called the reception saying it has been 10 minutes, you keep saying i am coming. when will you be here? she says sorry i'll be there in 30 minutes!!!!!! 30 minutes!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I got very stressed and said, i need to bring them out now. she then says very relaxed: can you do something for me? go to the corridor behind the elevator and there is a button you can push and try to see if it opens the elevator. I did that and the elevator opened and my parents were out!!!! I was shocked that she did not tell me this sooner and that she was going to let my family stay in there for 30 minutes until she gets there to push that button. so DO NOT STAY HERE. and, the neighbors also told me that this has happened multiple times before and the elevator is generally out of order. If only the reception had said in the beginning "Dont use the elevator" i wouldn't have had to write all of this. but really bad service bad communication kitchen doesn't have the necessities for you to cook no oven
