The pool and the sauna are defintely a plus! The rooms are ideal for families. Friendly staff.
Quite new for us but the shower was only separated by glass (maybe personal opinion but there was not much privacy).
This is not related to the hotel but the location. One needs to reserve for a table if anyone wishes to eat outside the hotel in the town.

It was excelent our stay. Nice International breakfast.
Silence room, swimming pool and jacuzzi good. Sauna SPA for max 5 people but great!
Missed scrambled eggs and expresso coffee in the breakfast.
The room was nice and bed very comfortable. Unfortunately we got a disable adapted room, which the badroom has glass door and not shower glass protection, due to that a lot of water was spread in the complete toilette after shower :-(.

Spa and wellness area were nice to hang around for our stopover stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean.
Restaurant was reasonable price for the good food we had. Nothing to complain about - nice choice if you want something close but outside of Colmar.

What not to like; Great location to visit the picturesque towns of Alsace. Amazing room with great space and decoration and a big terrace. Free available parking. A great restaurant with a chef based menu. Spa options incl. Massage, sauna and indoors pool. Close to the great Koesningsbourg kastle. But for us the most important was the fact that they made us and our dog feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of.

I appreciate the willingness of the staff to let us more at the pool and the spa area. we arrived just with 30 minutes before they should be closed.

Food in the bistro was superb
The bar was unattended most of the evening.Getting a pre/post dinner drink impossible

Outstandingly helpful Reception lady who, upon realising that we had a small dog, on her own initiative changed our original room for one with a balcony. 10/10 for customer service!
Comfortable, well-appointed bedroom.
Excellent restaurant with superb wine list.
This hotel is located in one of the most famous villages at the heart of the Alsace wine region, however very few local wines were available by the glass. So, to appreciate various grower’s wine, one had to buy either a 350cl/700cl bottle (which was too much to finish) and then take it/them away with you afterward.

Breakfast was correct.
Dinner was good to very good.
Wine List a real joy and very good value for local wines from Alsace.
My first stay was in 1985 and the hotel has changed a lot over the years.
Bed was not particularly comfortable.

The room was very nice and comfortable, newly renovated with much attention to detail and terrific taste. The access to the Spa is easy and the pool is spacy.
The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Pitched quite right overall for overnight stop off
very slow service in restaurant

restaurant & location good, hotel could be really good but lack of staff and many services not available brings overall hotel down but prices not adjusted to reflect. staff were friendly but lacked ownership to actually fix things or make our stay better
advertised nice outdoor areas but due to lack of staff no drinks service offered and bar was always closed. the hotel spa is outsourced and unmanned. the hotel room was worn, shower had mildew / mould around all seals, the cleaning staff had broken the curtains off their rails and left them hanging and didn’t fix them, the fridge was broken but as it’s also outsourced to another company it could not be fixed

everything
it is not about the property: it was impossible to find a restaurant for the evening of the 1st May. A lot of them were closed and the rest werw fully booked!
It’s at least strange for a touristic place…

The hotel was a great stop-over in the Alsace. The room was big and confortable. The hotel is very well-located, near Colmar and the castle Haut-Koenigsbourg. We had also a very nice dinner at the hotel

We had a very big apartment with 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, perfect view and very quiet. The food at the restaurnt exceeded our expectations. The pool is great and the sauna also. It was just the perfect getaway
