Hôtel conforme à ce que j’attendais. Pratique, confortable, accueillant .
Je recommande.

Absolutely nothing
The receptionist at the hotel information desk ruined our day because he didn’t know how to speak respectfully. He spoke very rudely to his colleague in front of us, and we had to wait a long time without knowing where he went.

La position centrale. Le personnel était assez sympa. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Rien. Pour le prix, c'est correct.

Hotel with potential... Bed was comfortable. But pictures is nothing like studio in the real life. No curtains... And it's dirty. Stuff was super helpful and friendly tho. I wish they would focus more on the cleaning...
Cleaning cleaning cleaning. We had 1 tee bag and 1 soup bar in the room. We wanted to buy water in the morning downstairs, but unfortunately that was not possible.

This hotel is the perfect location at the heart of St Etienne town. It is just walking distance to shops, eateries, restaurants, markets, convenience store and easily accessible by public transportation (bus and tram stops were nearby). The room is a nice size with ample facilities as described. Breakfast buffet at EUR 9 is worth it considering (I di not bother to take it but I noticed the spread was value for money) The receptionist can speak English. There are ample cooking facilities as well as plates and cutleries if you wish to eat in the room so that is really good.
The housekeeping service is the worst. I believe it is the hotel's policy to not change the bedsheet unless it is necessary. I spent 7 days in this hotel. I asked my bedsheet to be changed on my 5th day at the reception desk but when I got back to my room it was still unchanged. On my 6th day I asked the housekeeper herself to change the bedsheet but instead of her changing it she handed to me fresh linens, bedsheet and pillow sheets to change them myself. Really?? That lazy, huh?? So housekeeping was not satisfactory and certainly my room was not being cleaned for 7 days, no replacements or top ups of soaps or teas and coffee sachets when I was there. The bathroom is really small so if you are a large size the shower area is enough to fit 1 adult. If you are small or medium size it can fit 2 but very little space. The room does not have AC but a stand AC is available. The room did get hot sometimes despite visiting St Etienne in September.

great value for the money right in the middle if everything.
just some street noise from a bar below. it did not affect my sleep tho . Parking was very close and easy in and out of the city.

Nice location. Nice place.
only late check in, which is a problem.
no reception. Room was initially left dirty, so we had to request cleaning.

Perfect location and prices, functional bathroom and kitchen appliances. Clean enough. Walls could use some paint.
