Escapada

El trató con la recepción ya que tuve que llamar para aclarar un tema del pago que mi banco no me daba el código para aceptar, y me lo solucionaron sin problema. Y al llegar sabían quién era. Muy amables. Una habitación muy grande. Y un precio muy asequible.

Las camareras del buffet muy mal educadas. Les pregunté por una cosa y ni me respondieron.

Familiar

Personal espetacular principalmente la Loli cada vez que bajábamos al comedor su sonrisa su simpatía el cariño con que te decía todo , era como estar en casa 5 estrellas y Pere el director solo buenas palabras un director que està para ayudar para solucionar otras 5 estrellas ,hotel muy familiar que quieren que te sientas como en casa , gracias por cuidarnos durante 3 días .... volveremos seguro ... abrazo para todos ....

Hotel closed a day early no warning!

Room was basic but value for money. Clean.

The hotel gave us less than 24 hours notice that they were closing a day early. We had a note under the door on Sunday afternoon telling us to leave by 12pm Monday. We are still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.

Poor customer service

easy to get to Ironman Barca

we and 4 other rooms were asked to leave with less than 24 hours notice as there were not enough guests. I only found this out the day I finished the Barcelona Ironman. The hotel moved us to another hotel, which was terrible, loud and not what we payed for. The hotel have not responded to any of my emails.

- it was very tasty food, breakfast and dinner are fresh and good, sometimes mussels and souses were over salted but in general the meal great. - kind and helpful personal, I really like that people - possibility to make Coffee during the day, because I worked in my room on laptop and some coffee was nice to drink after long working. - the swim pool, I didn’t try, but I was in that aria and it was good size and to have possibility to chill there, I saw people drunk drinks and had fun in swim pool, - some board games, I haven’t try but I saw people played and had fun

2 years ago I had vacation in Calleila and the hotel where I stoped was very bad I thought this 4 stars hotel should be better but no, probably this is small city and they didn’t upgrade hotels at all. this time I stoped longer to work remotely and waiting for documents but this hotel wasn’t ok as well: - firstly when I’ve arrived it was 4:30pm I could check in only in about 1,5-2 h, I was proposed to wait because the room wasn’t done. I did not plan to wait so long, because it was a weekend and I was tired after long trip, I wanted to leave my staff and go to the sea, but couldn’t - when I came to the room it was absolutely dirty, even the reason of delay was cleaning it wasn’t in reality, lots of sand, dust and debris, the shower room not ok at all( - the room is too dark, there are only 2 lamps and they are not strong, I asked about another room but another was darker. maybe if you got to sleep only in this hotel it’s ok, but for eyes it’s difficult. even if they have big windows it was not enough lights. - the furniture was too old and used, the floor broken.

the manager, lady on the front desk & tall blonde lady in restaurant made the stay 4* experience

The staff were excellent in ensuring the guests needs are met and have a lovely stay. Nothing is too much

Domestic toaster instead of commercial making wait too long. Milk not supplied in rooms with kettle/coffee plant based milk should be available besides breakfast time.(next to hot drinks machine) More authentic food

Okay, it did the job!

The Summer Hotel was closed so we were transferred to the Hotel Spa & Splash in Malgrat De Mar. This was fine but unfortunately for us there were lots of children and noise, Nothing wrong with the Hotel it just didn’t suit our needs.

Fabulous

The staff were really nice. The rooms were clean.

We arrived about an hour after we booked the room but our reservatioon hasn't arrived by the time we were there, even though we recieved a confirmation letter.
