Great hotel in a super location right on the piste (we were there in summer but it would be perfect in winter!). Great rooms, lovely pool and very friendly hosts. Beds were very comfy too. Parking was plentiful and they had chargers for electric cars too.
The food was very good but there was no vegetarian option offered at the meal so I was offered a plate of cheese polenta and carrot mash. Quite disappointing but the server seemed to think he was already going above and beyond... Breakfast was very good although it is machine coffee. A real bike station would be a big advantage.

Location was perfect for this years E'tape de Tour. Owners / staff were very freindly and accommodating.

The family that run the hotel were extremely friendly and polite.
The Room was very clean and cozy, with great views of the slopes and mountains.
A bus stop directly outside the hotel can take you up to Prodains to get to Avoriaz easily and other areas around Morzine.
The steam room and jacuzzi area is very nice after a long days riding.
The. breakfast was ok.
All round it was fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend.
I think the Breakfast could have had better hot options and maybe cooked to order.

Just had an amazing stay at this beautiful Hotel
Fabulous location for skiing and central to Morzine centre.
The staff were amazing nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel incredibly welcome.
The room was lovely beautiful views plenty of plug sockets and usb charging points impressive Wi-Fi connection considering your in a valley surrounded by mountains
The spa was an added bonus at the end of a days skiing with the steam room and Jacuzzi soothing those aching muscles.
The whole Hotel is spotlessly Clean. We loved it so much we booked again !

The hotel staff made the stay that much more pleasant, really lovely people and always had a smile on their face.
The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. The shower was powerful, lovely and hot and also very clean.
We slept like a log the whole week we were there (no noise at all) and the beds were so comfortable and cosy! Even though my sister has issues with sleeping and falling asleep she admitted she’s probably had the best sleep of her life while we’ve been there.
The sitting area with all the cosy chairs is probably my favourite place in the world to date with how comfortable and cosy it was, especially once that open fire got going 😍 (it was also kept topped up with logs all afternoon/night and didn’t ever go out while I was reading my kindle and drinking wine in a comfy chair)
The red wine was dangerously good.
The food was also great. Breakfast was self serve and really hit the mark with all the options. For me it consisted of scrambled eggs (beautifully done) ,cold hams, nice bread with spready cheese, yoghurts, self serve boiled eggs, fresh fruit pots, cereal, orange juice, apple juice and of course tea (this is only what I ate, was a lot more stuff too) my sister was best friends with the coffee machine of course to which she says was lovely. 8/10 for breakfast
We also tried the evening meal (4 courses) for two nights and it was really nicely done. Meat (lamb) was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The chicken was just mouth watering. veg always crisp, fresh and with a small crunch. The sweet potato purée was god tier 🤤. soups were very tasty (mushroom was absolutely banging 👌) and cheeses really nice. The desserts were the star for us though 🤌🏼🤌🏼 9/10 (was an 8 but that one chicken dish made my evening)
Good value for money and very convenient to eat downstairs if you’re totally energy drained like we were.
The large downstairs heated jacuzzi and steam room really helped with the aches and pains.

everything! amazing facilities, perfect location, lovely friendly staff, great bar/games area, delicious food, lift right outside
not the property fault but getting to the top of pleney for 9am ski lessons meant a short walk to pleney and a wait instead of using amazing lift outside so we could get there on time so consider booking a later lesson!

Small family run hotel with an exceptionally nice bar area . Staff were very friendly . Ski in was possible and very close to chair lift & ski bus . Within walking distance of if bars and restaurants but in a quiet end of Morzine
Restaurant has a set 4 course menu and this was good value and the food was good however it would have been nice to have a small choice in the menu and we didn’t always want 4 courses
