Good place to stay relatively close to Bari Airport

The building looks like a small castle, and it has its charm. I had a nice balcony as well. It is also very close to the beach and relatively close to the airport.

The room is very old-fashioned. The place was pretty small, even for a single bed. This is due to the structure of the place being old, so it is a trade-off.

the build itself is cool, medieval and location near to the airport - our need. breaksfast also nice even tho not cream cheese or ricota, I missed it and kudos to the staff, they are friendly, helpful and proactive to help to order a taxi - make sure to ask their help if you arrive late at night. there were no taxi drivers at the airport but luckily we had a number that hotel gave us and asked a driver.

the shower was not working because it was clogged with dust where the water was supposed to come out. but since it was too late and we were so tired we managed to clean it on our own and it worked fine - it means no maintenance was done for a while there

Basic hotel, not for a holiday

Breakfast was decent considering the hotel was empty. Free parking in the area. Fridge in the room. Clean. WiFi was OKish but it required a weird login system. Quite close to the airport. Heating worked well (AC) although the windows were in a terrible state.

The hotel is outdated and it does not have 4 stars. The windows were in a terrible condition and with single pane glass (drafty, cold). Small room. We booked 2 nights and wanted to shift the second night a couple of days later (bad weather in the area) but it was impossible to arrange although the hotel had enough availability.

A gem. Close to beach ad. Airport

The receptionist was extremely kind personable and helpful. We had asked for an accessible room. There are no rooms specifically designed as such but she had thought through what would be best and showed us two we could have - both excellent

The internet works with an invidious like user name and password, both case sensitive. We had a lot of trouble getting it right. There’s got to be a better System!

Great stay with a lovely place and I would stay again.

As the building is older style and built of stone the walls are over a meter thick in lots of places so there is no way the WiFi or even a phone signal were getting into my bedroom. The signal was ok in the louinge/dining room but not practical for working on my laptop.

I'm very disappointed

I like the location, close to the sea

The place was old, not clean, and with the old and aged moquette all over the place ( if you are allergic, it's a problem), they didn't have a cot for infants. If you have an infant who needs to sleep with this old fashion bed, but the mattress is old as well. The breakfast is poor, few things. We paid for two rooms for two nights for around 600 euros. The girls were lovely. I think they are getting a lot of complaints, so they need to stay polite. I will never come back to that foster house. Very Disappointed.

Superb

The place is very nice, the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast was faboulos. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The only problem in Bari-Palese that there is no normal beach.

Perfect for a short weekend stay - close to airport and sea, with good level of service.

We enjoyed the stay, hotel delivered as expected, it was comfy, clean and not busy with many people. Access to the sea was nearby, as well as good restaurants.

The room was clean, the maid came daily. Top 10 staff. All the time the staff was available and even helped us with questions related to the area.

The breakfast was not very varied but sufficient.

Good !

The gentlemen at the reception, i forgot his name but very helpful guy. He wears spectacles and he did our check-in in the midnight of 29th september and he called the cab too. Good holiday i would say.

There was no good breakfast. On holiday all we want is good food and good sleep to have a good explore. But there was no good breakfast. You can definitely add more to the breakfast.
