Superb

Nice and quiet place pretty close to the old town, one of the few places that had a twin room (two single beds). We've enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful overall.

Great hotel with great staff in a great location

The hotel itself is very nice and well kept, and in a very convenient location (walking distance to old town). Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet, we got a good nights rest. Breakfast next morning was also really nice. Finally I would like to highlight the excellent service/attention we received by the staff/owner, who helped us out with a serious unexpected issue that we had, and did their best to save our trip.

An Absolute Gem Next To The Old City

A wonderful, small family owned and run hotel just 10 minutes walk from Damascus Gate in the Old City - down a very quiet. cul de sac. An old Jerusalem edifice which has recently been totally modernised. Bedrooms have a modern "vibe" within a traditional setting. We stayed in Room 107 which was lovely - complete with a very modern en-suite. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed and good quality linens. The staff are very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. It boasts a great, relaxed restaurant. Not only is excellent traditional Middle Eastern fare available, they also boast (slightly incongruously) probably the finest Pizzas in Jerusalem - coming from a genuine, wood-fired Italian Pizza Oven. Local people come from miles around just to eat them. The Breakfast buffet (and egg statin) is both good and generous.

Not bad and close to old town.

We liked it mainly. Staff were helpful in a small way. Restaurant was a little slow but the pizzas we had pretty okay. Enormous though! Balcony was a nice touch, even if the view was a little poor. We missed breakfast the first day but the lady accommodated us. And we were given a gift when we left. Also, we left our jackets in the wardrobe which they kept so we picked up on the way back.

It isnt the nicest part of Jerusalem, so don't expect too much around there but it is close to the Old City. TV was a little...shonky. Kind of illegal-ish streams and weird filmed in the cinema type thing.

I will recommend Azzahra Hotel.

I was surprised by a plate of fresh fruit on arrival in the room and a bottled water every day. Lovely buffet breakfast and very helpfull staff especially Issam. The hotel is within walking distance to Herod's and Damascus Gate.

The hair dryer wasn't working.

One of a kind hotel, short walk to all the public transportation and the old city. Great restaurant

19 century beautiful hotel with all the modern conveniences. Terrific location just a short walk to the old city. The restaurant was perfect and we ate there every night and enjoyed each meal. Friendly family run hotel and good value. You will not regret staying there.

I feel like this hotel is a secret treasure. I look forward to coming back.

Excellent traditional Palestinian breakfast, and an incredible dinner restaurant. All in a great location just a short 15-minute walk from Damascus gate.

Good hotel in the Arab part of Jerusalem

Nice room, a complimentary bowl with fruits. Very good breakfast.

My internet was super slow. Also, could not make the TV work.

Really friendly staff. Lots of hospitality. Parking space available without extra cost if you reserve it at advance. Good breakfast and really awesome food for Diner. Would defined return to this place.

Good value for money.

Overall a good restaurant. Specially the in-house restaurant serves very good food.

The room was small and the overall feeling of hotel was more like a guest house instead of a hotel.

every detail decoration is beautiful and the pizzaria is so cool

all good just one remark about the bathroom which is super new and clean but it floods a bit maybe because of the way it was built

A Beautiful "boutique" Hotel in the oriental style in the historic building

Very warm welcome, fruits as a little present in the room, a bottle of water in the fridge, a breakfast package when I went on a day's tour, the personnel organised the airport shuttle. Very friendly people! But the best of the best was their restaurant where I enjoyed local food at very good prices.

The area especially for single women tourists. But I cannot say that I didn't like it. It was just different and I would still recommend it to others.
