Extremely helpful hotel manager who went to great lengths to arrange transport to the airport when a taxi didn’t arrive.

Nice sized room with a balcony and evening sun. Microwave and kettle a welcome find as no restaurants open in the vicinity . Breakfast good. A very generous gift of a bottle of wine from the owner was appreciated.
Difficult to get to as most of the roads in the area were closed due to major roadworks, an email explaining the situation would have been good! No restaurants open in the area.

The location was brilliant. Close to a lovely beach for swimming and coastal walk. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Situation, just outside Pornic (only a very pleasant 20 min walk along the coast) with very close proximity (2 mins) to a secluded beach (with a beach bar). The staff very pleasant. Availability of a relaxed 3 course (plenty of choice) evening meal tray to room (balcony) if choosing not walk to local restaurants.

The decor of the room have holes in the plaster work and torn curtain
room was poor

The hotel is located in a small village on the outskirts of Pornic and is a comfortable place for a relaxing stay in this area but is also really well placed to allow you to explore the lovely towns in the surrounding area.
The team are really helpful and are keen to ensure you enjoy your stay.
The breakfasts are lovely and the hotel has a terrace where it is great to be able to enjoy your breakfast or just relax in the sun.
No key issues - but I did wonder if the property was in the process of being renovated as some areas did seek a little ‘tired’.

Wonderful location, great service, first rate staff.
Cannot suggestion anything, will come back in 2023.

Very quiet location with good off-road parking, a short walk to the sea, and a very reasonable restaurant close by.
Good service at the reception.

Excellent hotel near the beach, and not far from the village center either. Spacious room, excellent staff.
Having a little refrigerator in the room would be most welcome.

Very quiet
Good location with a bike 3 km from Pornic Center

the location was nice and it was great to have a bus shuttle to downtown pornic. they stored the bikes easily and we’re very friendly.
the room was pretty dated. no blinds for keeping out the sun (and heat) and the room was covered completely in animal hair. I had to do my own cleaning to ensure it was acceptable for our luggage.

Excellent position and large car park. Very clean. Got a very warm welcome from gentleman on reception. We asked about a recommendation for a restaurant near the hotel which he gave us and he also booked us a table there as it gets very busy. The breakfast was very good with lots of fresh breads, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits and jams. The position was superb- just a short walk to the beaches and lovely walks. Our room had a balcony with electrical shutters which helped with the heatwave. Pretty garden and outside area that you could sit and relax or have breakfast. Would definitely stay there again as good value for money.
No air conditioning but we knew that when we booked.

The bed and bedding were excellent. The room was bright and airy. Breakfast was enjoyable, self service and plenty of choices.
8.0
The position next to the wonderful hiking path and a super nice beach.
The stuff was very nice too - came back to let me pay after the end of reception hours (7PM on Sunday).
Tea, nescaffe, water, brioche in the room.
Quiet restaurant (did not try though) in a walking distance of few hundred meeters.
Wifi was not working.
Coffe and water not refilled for the 2nd night.
Towels for the 2nd night not changed - that is ok for me, but there should be a label to enable to let the clients decide.
Be careful when you drive not to miss the place - if you do, you need to drive quite a long loop of one way streets to come back.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Only that in spite of its title there is no view of the sea.

Clean.
Not able to check in until 15.00.

Very tranquil location and close to coastal walks. Very welcoming staff. Great breakfast
No reflection on the hotel whatsoever, but the one-way traffic scheme is a hindrance. Seaside one-way traffic systems always are! Would not stop us staying here again though.
9.0
The hotel is so close to the beach, the parking was free and secure, the beds were very comfortable , free WiFi with good reception.
Electronic shutters on the window to enable a good nights sleep .
Microwave and kettle was so welcoming so we could enjoy having a nighttime snack on our balcony .
The staff on reception was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our car on the morning of departure until mid day so we could enjoy a stroll along the beautiful coastline nr the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return sometime in the near future .
Nothing. Everything was good
