The property is very convenient thanks to the bus stop being 2 mins away and the bus running every 15 mins to lugano central and the station. The property was very quaint and the rooms well decorated. You have everything you need. Kristina was so warm and lovely and gave us great recommendations. Everything had a personal touch. The breakfast was really good. She even offered us croissants and tea on the day we dint take breakfast. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

I want to thank Kristina and her team for this beautiful 4 days in Castagnola: we did not "feel at home" but better than at home! The breakfasts were fantastic (I never saw my kids eat so much in the morning), the room was big and beautiful and wenn opening the windows, we had a classical concert from the academy of music nearby: my wife was enchanted. My son had two montain bike race during the weekend and Kristina gave us the possibility to clean the bike between the races and let my son have shower after the second race before we left on Sunday despite the late hour. Again Kristina thank you for everything!
