Friendly hotel, lots of free parking and superb breakfast included. - I would return.

I stayed in order to watch a basketball tournament and this happened to be a few minutes walk away. Car parking - perfect Breakfast was really good Staff were very friendly

I didnt have any hot water on the Sunday morning, at first a tiny trickle and then nothing. I did inform the staff on reception, but unfortunately by the time fixed it was too late for me to have a shower or bath. So not ideal. I hope this was an isolated case as family staying in another room had no issue.

Overall lovely staff and a clean and tidy room great location

The rooms need to be modernized the facilities in the room are not the best and the shower wasn’t that warm

Staff friendly disappointed with the service and water and not having room cleaned

The hot water in our room kept going cold someone was suppose to call regarding complaint no one called our room was not cleaned and we stayed for two nights

Perfect for what we needed and would stay again

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was small but comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice including selection of milk for various diets and a vegetarian and gluten free option

Cracking hotel, friendly staff, great price and good location.

Absolutely cracking hotel, some of the big chains should take note of this place. I say in hotels up and down the country week in and week out and honestly this hotel has everything you need if your stopping in the area. Reception guy was a young lad and he told me the history of the hotel and about the owner and well done that man for creating a fantastic hotel, if I’m ever in Manchester again this is the place I’ll be staying 👌

They don’t have any other hotels anywhere else in the country 😔

Very clean staff very helpful , great location for the apollo , nothing roo much trouble Breakfast was gorgeous very tasty

Beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side , but everything else was spot on

the receptionist could be a little bit more polite, but it was a nice place and I would go there again

An enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful, especially with my ealderly mother. Room was great however, the bed was like sleeping on a brick, far too hard! We were also very dissappointed that there were no restraunant facilites for an evening mean except for a vending machine.

The bed, my mum and sister said the same thing that it was too hard, 3 seperate rooms. However, they had a great stay and it was dissappointing about the bed and evening dining facilities.

Not enjoyable

Good location, free car park

There were people smoking cannabis and was able to smell it in our room all night. Due to this, the fire alarm tripped for a couple of hours disrupting our sleep and stay. We did not get any sort of compensation for this, nor did we get an apology, rather we were told that other residents also had to go through the same situation, however, we did not witness how other residents were treated in regards to this. Very sad.

Hotel is no smoking but there was a continous smell of Canabis throughout the down stairs corridor.

Disappointing

I like the breakfast, that was alright

It take long for the heater to come on, the TV did not work, the mattress on the bed is very uncomfortable is almost flat.

Superb

Rooms are lovely & comfortable The bedding was superb and the facilities were everything you could ask for

The only down side was the downstairs bar area & dining room were cold but I think this was down to the wind keep blowing the front door open
