ゆったりお風呂に入り、部屋でのんびり過ごしました。

無料のコインランドリー、洗剤の備え付けがあり、台数も多く、助かりました。また、毎日のベッドメイク、4日目にシーツ交換、掃除なども丁寧にされていました。急な発熱で深夜に体温計、アイスノンの貸出等、24時間対応もありがたかったです。お風呂も良かったです。

Room is abit dated but comfortable, balcony no lights, we liked the breakfast and also the hot spring facilities (short walk from main building but connected via the hotel linkway), friendly staff, very spacious environment. There is water dispenser right beside the lift.

Car park is at the side no shelter, we went in January so wasn't any issue.

The location is very isolated with no transport beyond inept taxi drivers, the de-humidifiers couldn’t mask the damp and

The breakfasts are very healthy and interestingly mono-cultural for a Westerner.

Everywhere except the reception was crumbling, smelling of damp and furniture was sticky to the touch.

The view from the onsen was incredible. Onsen at the spa was busy, but clean. The cafe on the main floor has excellent food for breakfast.

The property is outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was nothing flashy. Clean, but clearly hasn’t been updated much in 40 years. I would say the room was a little overpriced but it included entry to the spa and that was worth it for us. I would likely come back for the day spa but not an overnight stay.

The SPA was fabulous! We had an excellent massage on the first day. The view from our room was beautiful. And the room was spacious enough. I feel refreshed, relaxed and full of energy thanks to our stay there! I recommend it.

You need a car to stay at this hotel and fully enjoy it. I'm not a fan of carpets in hotel rooms... Plus, the bathroom could have been cleaner. However, we didn't use it since the spa was so fantastic! The room was very simple. As there was nothing around the hotel, we were sad to see how expensive the hotel's restaurant and bar were. In addition. the restaurant only had buffet for the dinner and even though the waitress was super nice, the food was not worth even half of the price.

I enjoyed pretty much all of them. The view from the hotel, food and the Spa. The hotel was so peaceful. I was happy for other visitors, too.

Very disappointed. I like to support local businesses and will take my business elsewhere.

I am a regular customer as I live nearby. It was a convenient and relaxing mini-vacation place.

Customer service. I mixed up my reservation and got a notice half hour after check-out reminding me that I didn't show. I called immediately and asked if I could rebook, as I paid in advance. I was informed it was non-refundable. I asked if I could at least get a ticket for the bath and the national travel coupons. I am literally a five minute drive away. The representative said no, it's past check out. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me to give up and that she would hang up the phone. I offered to leave a phone number so they could call me back at a convenient time. But she refused to take my number. After a long hold, the manager came back and said there was nothing they could do because it was past check-out time. Even though I am a regular customer, this was the best they could do.
