Excellent

Katerina is very nice , helpful, flexible and always available. The apartman location is excellent :) the room is very clean (they clean it every day) and comfortable, we definetly will come back!

An excellent place to stay! Far, the most beautiful, most comfortable room, equipped with everything you need! Absolutely nothing was missing. Great mattresses, cleanliness and friendly, always accessible owners!

Great value , lovely environment , friendly host , great location , fantastic Bed .

Fantastic host , great location , lovely room. Im a big 19 stone ex Rugby playing chap and the beds were fantastic and I had awesome sleep which is great on holiday. Super bathroom very modern with excellent walk in shower facilities which again is great for a big chap . Very clean complex and excellent maid service , always with a smile. Balcony was lovely with peaceful very well attended gardens to the front and the Hotel Princess and its 4 star facilities just 30 yards to the right . You almost feel attached to the hotel Princess which makes it a great place to chill for the day. This has an excellent pool available for use if you buy drinks etc. Katerina is very helpful and her son took me to the airport for the return trip home. I have been to Tsilivi around 15 times and this is a great location at the best end of the resort and just tucked away off the road through the resort in a little Cul de sac. Its peaceful and quiet yet within 20 seconds you are on this road where you have lovely bars and restaurants . Safe deposit box and Air conditioning all part of the price and plenty of facilities to store clothes. Hair dryer in the bathroom , tea and coffee facilities in the room along with modern fridge and modern cooking appliance. Plenty of cooking utensils in the room. Iron and board in the room also. Substantial supermarket within 2 mins walk. A great complex for couples. I just needed a quiet break due to family bereavement and this was outstanding in all aspects for a relaxed bit of tranquility in a lovely place yet close to all you could need.

Katerina was friendly and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. The room was large and new. The studio is at very convenient location.

Very nice and comfortable stay

We liked the location and the host helped us with any information we needed. The accommodation was clean and comfy, the cleaning lady came every day and the towels were changed once every 2 days. From my point of view it is a very good stay for a correct price.

Unfortunately in this part of the island there is no phone signal and the wifi is pretty slow. But besides this, everything was perfect.

Let’s say that it’s a decent property, but it does not reflet the budget.

The area where the apartments are placed is very calm and peaceful. It’s ok for couples searching for relaxing time.

The owner of the place is a little bit pushy. She explained us exactly how to park the car, she entered in our room while we were outside to close the AC because we were not “using it properly” and the cleaning part it’s not justified. We paid around 140 euro per night but the towels were changed once at 2 days and the bed linens were changed once at 3 days. As you can imagine is very warm and the timeframe for the bed linen refreshment is a little bit too big.

Really enjoyable holiday spent at Katerinas Studios.

Perfect location for all the restaurants etc in Tsilivi. Small and pleasant walk to the beach. Very comfortable room with all amenities needed and lovely pleasant view from balcony.

Centrally located but overlooking a quiet garden

A cosy studio with a comfy bed and spacious terrace overlooking the garden. I was pleased to find a bottle of water and juice in the fridge - nice touch on a hot day! Also, Katerina was attentive - greated me upon arrival and departure. Many restaurants and shops are on the doorstep but the garden itself is quiet.

Shower curtain - water still leaks plus it's slightly sticky when wet.

Book it! It is a very nice and comfy place.

Katerina studios is a very nice, clean and cosy place to stay. It is not on the main road but just in a small street next to it. The host is very nice and sweet. She is there when you need her. The apartment itself is spacious, the bed is super comfy, not to hard and not to soft and the shower has a good pressure which we prefer. Every other day you get new towels and they will make up your bed everyday. We asked if they could change the sheets too and thats not a problem. The area is a small village with lots of restaurants, bars and the sea is very close by. We recommend to rent a car and explore the island. If you miss a pool, you can use the pool from Princess Hotel (4 stars). Very nice people and you can just lay on a sunbed for a drink. Other things to do nearby: rent a bike, rent a boat, go to al the beaches and Katerina will show you the nice places. We love to go to nice restaurants, so here are a few: Botanic Garden (you can walk there), Grampsas (romantic winery where the food is very great) & Anadalis. Good clubs for going out: barrage and cebu in Argassi. And ps. Please take care of the sweet kittens around the apartment. They are so sweet and love to cuddle. We loved them.

Amazing place for value

The location is perfect being in the heart of Tsilivi center, the place is cleaned daily with amazing care from Marieta and Katerina who is the host of the place. Katerina is always there for you and open for conversations and make sure you are well set and have everything you need. The apartment is new, stylish and very very comfortable. The shower is amazing, the bed, the air conditioning and there is parking available in the place. I cannot find anything to complain.

Perfect stay!

I booked a deluxe room and everything was perfect and clean . Katerina was really very kind and helpful. Very well located to visit the island and lots of facilities nearby. Really recommended!

Clean rooms, cleaned every day and towels changed. Nice view from the balcony, large and clean playground for children. fresh food. nice and helpful owner :)

I really like everything, the studio, Allocation, customer service and Katherina she is very professional person, communicating well and helpful. I really like the way she made her business very valuable, definitely I will go again.

Excellent

It was so clean and spacious, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was great, lovely and warm. The rooms were cleaned every other day. Mrs Katerina was incredibly helpful with any enquiries.

The only drawback for me personally was I didn’t have phone signal but that was more due to Vodafone. My daughter was 02 and she was fine. The WiFi didn’t reach the room so I had to use the little outside bit of the reception but I soon got used to it so not a big deal really.
