Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y el personal atiende genial

En mi estancia la máquina de café todo el tiempo estuvo descompuesta no tenía los productos completos o no tenía café para atender, no había vasos de vidrio suficientes para desayunar estuve desde viernes a lunes y todos esos días fue igual, el huevo del desayuno estaba crudo y así un desayuno no se disfruta

Más Seriedad con el Tema de la Alberca.

La Habitación tipo Suite/Apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, muy agradable!

No me gustó que la alberca estuvo cerrada 3 de los 4 días de Nuestra Instancia en el Hotel, resaltando que era la temporada alta de Semana Santa, además que el color del agua está muy verde,, En cuanto al desayuno, en general aceptable, aunque falta un poco de más variedad en la comida, no hubo un jugo de naranja por ejemplo., El Baño o regadera muy chico.

It’s was ok but I will never stay there again!

I like the hotel had the breakfast included but they can offer better options for food. It was nice to have a pool at the hotel specially traveling with kids.

The room had a kitchen but no suppies. The bathroom was not clean as it should be we had to complain.

Good location if you require to stay in that area, the hotel is clean, comfortable and room good

The room space, the parking is safe. We are a family of 5, we took a double bed room which included a sleeping sofa, making our stay more comfortable

Room, rate, cleanliness, and breakfast + kitchen staff lady, very attentive.

A shuttle was supposed to take us to city center about 20 mins. After an hour I had to inquire about status. Shuttle never came.

Big rooms. Location and Parking Lot

The room bathroom was not clean. There was too much noise, you could hear everything in the next room and in the hallway. Hotel was crowded, we were unable to take included breakfast.

Great place to stay and relax, mainly focusing on the fact that we used it just to rest anda went Southside most of the time

Inviting hotel with lots of amenities

The customer service is top notch, very friendly and attentive staff. Our room had a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. They allowed our family to access public areas during the stay, like the pool and game room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, will definitely return in the future.

Elevators require a room key, so carrying luggage and breakfast plates was inconvenient unless I had a third arm.

Very nice resort style hotel

The staff was excellent! They allowed our family to visit and use the bbq/pool area during the day, they were very accommodating.

The elevator required a room key, not necessary and inconvenient when carrying bags and ice.

Close to Perfect!!

Super Friendly Staff, Clean and Spacious Accommodations, Comfy Bed, Good Natural Light. Brian at the desk assisted us in ordering a pizza and we were so grateful !!!!!

The kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, but no glasses or flatware. We had paper/plastic products with us, so it wasn’t a big deal, but having glasses & flatware would have been nice.

Exceptional

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the rooms and they were very clean and comfortable. Super market in walking distance and Walmart , mall etc. easy access to catch the bus . No complaints at all . Will stay again if needed ! Also breakfast was great
