amazing location and spacious room,very clean and comfortable

I was staying there while the whole hotel was almost empty as season was just getting starting,but when I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel for literally only 2 hours after my checkout I was told that it’s impossible if I won’t pay £40 fee..🤨But restaurant staff was just great and very helpful ♥️

Will not recommend to anyone

The location was comfortable. Very close to the beach and not in the centre of the hustle, so it was always quite.

The Wi-Fi is just awful, it was absolutely unusefull, because it was impossible to do anything in the net. Also we had awful experience during the check in. We booked one type of room number, but the absolutely another room was given to us. When we went to the reception to change our room number, the receptionist said that they don't have that room number, which we booked. But in 5 minutes it appeared! Focus! The receptionists was rude and unwelcome. Also, the quality of cleaning is extremely poor. On the photo you can see how dirty was the fan in our room. In the shelf we found a lot of dust. The shower was not working properly, because the scale has blocked the water pressure.

Tip first for good service

The location was fantastic, super close to beach and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.

The staff especially the reception clerk, was rude. I felt like I needed to tip first to get good service, not tip for good service (my opinion). There was no information given about hotel, so we had to ask other guests about breakfast. I asked about WiFi and was just told its busy (not what my phone said) , I stopped asking and went without as I felt I was a nuisance to them, especially when they just talked Turkish in front of me together.

Good Overall Experience

- Location is great, close to the strip & the beach, so many restaurants/shops around - Staff is responsive when you have requests - Breakfast is really good in my opinion, some friends didn't like it but I felt that it's really good in terms of options

- You need to pay extra to use the safe (something as usual isn't mentioned on booking.com, I blame Booking for this) - They assigned rooms in the 3rd floor for us, not convenient for old people as they don't have lifts - Swimming pool strictly closes at 6:30 - Housekeeping doesn't add Shampoo/fresh towels/coffee & tea bags unless you point this out to the reception
