El personal muy atento y amable todo el tiempo.

La ubicación y el lugar en general es muy bonito

Los cuartos son pequeños y el estacionamiento cierra 8pm, ya más tarde tienes que buscar lugar en la calle

We were asked if they could inspect the room when we turned in our room key upon checking out. Had to wait until she came back out to tell us the room was okay. Found this insulting as if we were going to steal old towels or damage something. The electrical plug cover above the sink in the bathroom was hanging off the wall when we arrived but that was never fixed during our stay. So not sure of their standards and what is “okay”

Exceptional

Great location right in the center of tequila. If you drive there, the parking is very convenient. Beautiful space with an open air lobby that has two very cute pet turtles. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and hotel is nice. However, rooms are small and bathroom looked a little old. In general a good place to stay if location is one of the most important attributes you are looking for.

one of our party suddenly took I’ll and couldn’t make the trip. we asked if they could do anything for us. they said we have to go through you. I couldn’t find anywhere on my app to contact you. I am disappointed in your service and will not use you again

No breakfast provided. Good central location.

Wifi doesn't work in all the rooms. Frustrating at times! Best place to use WiFi was in the central courtyard. Also noisy during the day as an elevator is being installed.

It was a good place for one night to enjoy the town of Tequila.

Coffee in the morning was available. The location was close to the centre of town where the restaurants and bars are. Safe and secure parking is free. Hot water for morning shower is always enjoyed.

The bedspread was stained in both the rooms we had booked. The air conditioner didn’t work well, it was humid in the room. In one of the rooms the air conditioner didn’t work at all, then changed rooms and the air conditioner temperature could not be controlled.

I liked the location. one of the employees was very nice Thor other was rude.

I had requested to have our two rooms together and we were at separate ends.

Nothing to like. Room was not what we booked. Smelled wet and full of mildew. I can't recommend!!!!

Perfect location in an authentic Mexican Hotel

The location was excellent. It was close to the main street and square but not noisy. Parking was provided in a gated lot. The courtyard space was beautiful. It was an authentic Mexican Hotel.

It seemed a little high in regards to price. I would have expected the staff to know more about the tequila tours or have some written information to share.
